For more than twenty years, the Bucyrus Elks Lodge #156 has been the driving force behind one of the largest track invitational meets in the region. The annual Elks #156 Invitational is being held at the Bucyrus City Schools Athletic Complex Saturday, April 2, and is shaping up to be a tremendous event.

Preliminaries and field events begin at 9:30 a.m., and admission for adults is $6 and $4 for students.

This year’s field includes 17 teams from the region. Those competing include: Bucyrus, Colonel Crawford, Crestview, Galion, Gilead Christian, Lexington, Marion Harding, Mohawk, Monroeville, Ontario, Pleasant, Plymouth, River Valley, South Central, St. Paul, Upper Sandusky and Western Reserve.
