Crestline gets first win of season

J.C. Clark ran for 132 yards to lead Crestline over St. Joseph Central Catholic 36-22 for the school’s first win of the season.

As a team, Crestline (1-7) rushed for 219 yards.

J.R. Wolfe added 83 yards passing and 78 yards on the ground for the Bulldogs. Wolfe also ran for touchtowns.

On defense, Timmy Thompkins had two fumble recoveries, while Tyler Sipes intercepted a pass and recovered another fumble.

Crestline will travel to Mohawk next Friday.
