Northmor volleyball bounces back against Cardington; Scots still perfect this year

Northmor bounced back from their Tuesday loss to Highland by taking a three-set home win over Cardington by scores of 25-21, 25-15 and 25-20 on Thursday.

Rayanna Loyer tallied seven kills and one block, while Mikayla Briggs finished with eight kills and two blocks, Anna Donner had five kills and seven digs and Hope Miracle picked up six kills.

Jordyn Zoll had two aces, six digs, one block and 23 assists and Kelsie Fike and Cristianna Boggs both added two aces each. Also, Karlee Carroll had 22 digs, Lindsey Wiseman finished with 18 digs and Erica McElvain tallied three assists.

For the Pirates, Samantha Brininger finished with eight kills, Rylie Partlow added 22 digs and Marissa Hall finished with 15 assists.

Highland Scots

Highland remained undefeated on the season with a 25-19, 25-10, 25-6 win over Elgin Thursday.

Ashton Terrill picked up 11 kills and five aces on the night, while Bridget Oder added 17 digs and four aces. Also, Sierra Mailey tallied six kills and Taylor Belcher finished with 10 assists.
