The Lady Tigers lost a hard-fought match on the road to host Madison by a 3-1 score last Friday in independent play.

The host Lady Rams won the first game 25-21 and followed up with a 27-25 triumph in the second game. Galion scored its point with a 25-21 decision in the third game, but Madison wrapped up its win by taking the fourth match-up, 27-25.

Individual statistical leaders for the Lady Orange-and-Blue were Taylor Valentine with 26 digs, 20 receptions, 15 kills and a pair of aces; Addison Zeisler with 41 assists and 7 points; Reanne Neal with 23 kills in 55 attempts and 3 blocks; plus Lyndsay McMullen with 20 digs and 19 receptions. Also, Clair Erlsten hustled her way to 18 digs, 15 receptions and garnered 7 points.
