The Happy Wanderers are announcing the beginning of the 2014 touring season. The first scheduled trip will be to LaComedia Dinner Theater on Thursday, February 20th, for a matinee performance of “Ring of Fire”. This is a journey into the heart and heartland of America, courtesy of the “Man in Black”—Johnny Cash. Without impersonation, but rather through words and music, “Ring of Fire” brings to life the stories made famous in Cash’s songs— songs about love and loss, success and failure, faith and redemption.
There will be two overnight trips this year. The first one is April 29-May 1 to Sight and Sounds Theater in Lancaster County, PA. This year the presentation is “Moses”—the most challenging technical program presented there. The second one will be September 22-September 25 to Pigeon Forge, TN, for the National Southern Gospel Quartet Convention. With both trips there are side attractions included in the package.
Anyone is welcome to become a Happy Wanderer. For further information or reservations, call 419-864-7520.
