Do you have a green thumb but no place to grow? Getting off to a start on your “starts” for your garden and have leftover seeds? Join other garden-interested Galionites on Sat., March 29th, from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. in the Galion Public Library Community Room, where the Galion Gardens, Education & Sustainability Center will be hosting a “Seed Swap Party.” Share your extra seeds and pick up a few from other folks as everyone gets ready for a great growing season in 2014!

(The Old Farmer’s Almanac lists 3/29/14 as a great day for gardeners in our area to start seeds indoors for a wide variety of crops.)

At this meeting, GGESC organizers will also discuss development plans — both short-term and long-term — and ratify the rules for this year’s gardening efforts.
