A couple of weeks ago, the Mayor held a meeting with business owners. I was unable to attend, as I was working. Someone at the meeting made a comment that Galion needs more businesses, NOT a Bail Bond business. To the person who said that, why don’t you come to the office before insulting my business.

If it weren’t for us bail bond agents, the jails would be more overcrowded then what they are first off. The tax we pay to the city of Galion is outrageous and with our business in Galion, it makes for one less empty building. We work out of 8 different counties and work hard, so it would be very easy to either move our business out of the county or even to Crestline or Bucyrus. We are constantly giving out donations to different organizations, benefits and charities. We help drug addicts and their families by trying to get them the help they need. We are involved in supporting Veterans and their families. We have helped needy families during the holidays with toy and food boxes out of our own pocket. We have organized, funded and managed a 200 player Men’s Softball League now for the past 3 years at the East Park.

We do a lot for this community but since we deal with criminals, we are put down at a public meeting. What if it were your son, daughter, husband or wife in jail? It CAN happen to you or someone in your family. People are innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around. Stop judging our business and our clients and take a look in the mirror.
