David Beach appointed President-CEO of First Federal Bank of Ohio
The Board of Directors of First Federal Bank of Ohio is proud to announce the appointment of David B. Beach as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Beach began his career with First Federal Bank of Ohio in 1970 through a school-work program at Galion Senior High. After attending Ohio State University, he became branch manager of the Lexington Avenue office in Mansfield. Since then he has held several positions, most recently serving as Executive Vice President-Treasurer-Secretary.
Beach has served on local community organizations including as a board member of the Ohio Heartland Community Action Commission, Galion Country Club, and Galion Kiwanis Club. He is also a past president of the Galion Kiwanis Club. Additionally he served as a member of the advisory committees for Galion City Schools and Pioneer Career and Technology Center.
Beach stated that he is honored to be named as the new president and is excited about leading a strong and secure financial institution that serves the needs of individuals and businesses in the local communities.
In addition to the appointment of Mr. Beach as President, the Board of Directors recently named Stephen D. Keen and Joseph J. Clime as assistant vice presidents.
First Federal Bank of Ohio officers also include Mr. Rodney J. Vose, Vice President-Loans and Secretary; Sherri L. Clevenger, Assistant Vice President; and Sally Petrie, Assistant Treasurer.
