Feb. 23

7:02am Two Songer Avenue residents reported vehicle windows broken overnight.

8:32am An open line 911 call from the 900 block of Marion Road was investigated.

9:26am Officers made a welfare check in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

9:44am Officers served one income tax summons on station.

10:18am Two income tax summons were served on station.

11:20am One income tax summons was served on West Mansfield Street.

11:36am A report of a suspicious female in the 800 block of Rogers Street was investigated. The female was not located.

11:45am Officers assisted with a vehicle lock out in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

12:36pm Subjects came on station to speak to an officer in reference to child custody issues.

3:35pm A minor collision report was taken on the Kroger parking lot.

4:03pm A false alarm was investigated at IB Tech.

4:36pm A warning was issued in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street.

4:45pm An overtime parking complaint was made in the 500 block of East Rensselaer Street.

6:20pm A false alarm was investigated in the 200 block of Home Circle Drive.

6:25pm Officers investigated a reported of an unwanted person in the 200 block of East Rensselaer Street.

6:40pm A report of vandalism to a vehicle was reported in the 200 block of East Irving Street.

7:15pm A report of vandalism to a vehicle was reported in the area of Bucyrus Plaza.

7:24pm A traffic warning was issued in the 200 block of North Lane Street.

8:12pm A report of a person trespassing in the 700 block of North Sandusky Street was reported.

8:14pm Officers investigated a disturbance in the 500 block of South Poplar Street and it was a misunderstanding between the parties involved.

8:40pm Officers checked on a reportedly intoxicated person on Washington Square. He was given assistance and released to a sober person.

8:42pm A false alarm was investigated at IB Tech.

8:43pm A false alarm was investigated at Val Castings.

8:59pm A resident in the 200 block of Songer Avenue reported someone was throwing things at her windows.

9:36pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 600 block of West Irving Street.

10:05pm A traffic warning was given in the area of East Warren and South Lane Streets.

10:10pm Officers conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of Hopley Avenue.

10:16pm Officers served a city income tax summons on station.

10:29pm Officers checked on a suspicious person that appeared intoxicated in the parking lot of the Knights Inn. Robert Lucas, 45, was arrested on two warrants out of Muskingum and one warrant out of Crestline Police Dept. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for extradition.

10:59pm Officers investigated a domestic issue in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.

23:27pm Traffic stop near South Sandusky Avenue and Beal Avenue. Aaron Hamm, 20, was arrested for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation for each with a pending court appearance. He was also cited for fictitious license plates.

Feb. 24

12:24am A report of suspicious people at Walmart was investigated.

1:08am Officers assisted a State Trooper on Ohio 4.

2:19am Officers on patrol found an abandoned bicycle at Bucyrus High School and brought it on station.

2:34am A report of a water line break in the area of Teddy and Dudley Avenues was checked and the water department notified.

3:16am A report of a loud vehicle in the Wilbur Street area was checked and the vehicle was picking up someone for work.
