1:01 a.m.-A report of a suspicious male in the 600 block of Grove Avenue was investigated.

1:31 a.m.-A report of a suspicious male on Orange Street near Harding Way West was investigated.

11:55 a.m.-A report of a three-year-old boy walking in the street unattended wearing pajamas and adult-size shoes was received. The boy was on a porch when officers arrived and a female in charge of the child stated she did not know how the child was able to leave the residence.

2:48 p.m.-Officers responded to a non-injury accident in the 200 block of East Church Street. Bradley Dennany was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.

4:16 p.m.-A report of fraud in the 200 block of South Columbus Street was investigated.

4:58 p.m.-Harold Titus was issued a citation for speeding when the vehicle he was driving was stopped by police in the 300 block of Gelsanliter Road.

9:35 a.m.-A citation for speeding was issued to Eric Valdez when the vehicle he was driving was stopped by police in the North Market Street and Carmel Avenue area.
