College credit plus meeting at GHS

The Galion High School will be hosting a College Credit Plus informational meeting on Wednesday for students currently enrolled in grades six through 11 and their parents. The meeting is the first required step in the application process.

The meeting will give a general overview of this cooperative educational program and be presented by representatives from Galion High School, the Ohio State University at Mansfield, Marion Technical College and North Central State College. This program gives students the opportunity to earn college credit before graduation. Tuition, fees and the cost of books will be provided at no cost to parents if their child qualifies for the program.

The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Galion High School cafetorium.
