9:11am Officers secured a residence that had been left open.

9:34am A reported suspicious female in the 1700 block of Marion Road could not be located by officers.

10:16am An Irving Street resident reported a theft of outdoor furniture. It was later discovered that the furniture has been stored for winter.

10:19am A false alarm was received from the 1500 block of Whetstone Street.

10:38am Officers assisted with a vehicle lock out in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

10:40am A report of an accident on Plymouth Street was unfounded.

11:00am A private property accident report was taken in the Walmart parking lot.

11:17am Officers made an escort for Wise Funeral Home.

12:16pm A reported suspicious person in the area of Auto and Wayne Avenues turned out to be an employee of Esco taking pictures of their property.

1:51pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

2:15pm A syringe found on in the North Lane and East Mansfield Street area was picked up and disposed of by an officer.

4:04pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the 200 block of East Warren Street.

4:18pm An officer located and disposed of two syringes found on East Southern Avenue.

4:28pm Officers assisted Union County by checking a local residence for a missing juvenile. The juvenile was not there.

4:37pm A disturbance between neighbors was investigated in the 800 block of High Street.

5:03pm A custody dispute in the 200 block of Schaber Avenue was documented.

5:43pm A disturbance between neighbors in the 100 block of Franklin Street was investigated.

5:52pm One income tax summons was served at the police department.

6:52pm A verbal traffic warning was issued on E. Mansfield Street.

7:12pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the 600 block of S. Sandusky Avenue.

7:22pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Lane and Rensselaer Street.

7:40pm Officers checked on a Trooper on a traffic stop in the area of Wheeler and Whetstone Street.

8:05pm A resident in the 200 block of N. Poplar Street reported a vehicle vandalized.

12:16am Two juveniles missing from Ontario, Ohio and Union County turned themselves in and were turned over to their respective authorities.

12:28am Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the Rensselaer and Poplar Street area.

12:54am A false alarm was received in the 1200 block of Monnett Street.

1:12am Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of Emerson Street.

2:32am Officers made an DUI arrest in the Mansfield and Highland Street area.

4:05am A verbal warning was issued on a motorist in the 1000 block of Beal Avenue.

4:44am A traffic citation was issued on a motorist for driving under suspension in the 100 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

7:21am Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

10:00am A report of a theft was unfounded in the 200 block of East Rensselaer Street.

10:02am A 911 open call was checked upon in the 400 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

10:33am A report of a utility trailer stolen from the 500 block of Jones Street was investigated. The trailer was later returned to its owner.

10:35am Officers investigated a report of trespass in the 100 block of North Highland Avenue.

11:13am A verbal warning was issued to a motorist for license plate display in the 100 block of East Southern Avenue.

11:19am A resident in the 100 block of Wayne Avenue reported the theft of medication.

11:42am Officers assisted with a funeral escort.

11:48am Officers investigated a report of a break-in to a shed. It turns out the wind blew the door open.

12:06pm A report of a window open on a residence in the 600 block of Ridge Avenue was investigated.

12:09pm Officers conducted a welfare check on children in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

12:16pm A false alarm at Cashland was received.

13:20pm A parking complaint in the 600 block of Ann Street was investigated.

1:49pm A false alarm in the Crescent Court area was received.

2:25pm A false alarm at InstaClean Car wash was received.

2:53pm A welfare check was requested on a young child alone outside a business in the 900 block of Hopley Avenue. The child was not located.

3:21pm Officers investigated a disturbance in the area of Wiley and Warren Street.

3:55pm Officers assisted Huron County Sheriffs Officer on a warrant arrest.

3:58pm A disabled motorist was assisted in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

4:58pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the 100 block of West Mary Street.

5:16pm John Kenny, 25, was arrested in the 600 block of East Warren Street on charges of domestic violence. He was transported to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

5:39pm A private property accident report was taken at Walmart.

5:57pm A report of juveniles taunting vehicles in the area of Mansfield and Walnut Street was investigated. They were not located.

6:04pm A report of a burglary was taken in the 900 block of Wingert Street.

6:36pm A parking complaint was investigated in the 400 block of West Rensselaer Street.

7:22pm Officers attempted to serve a summons.

7:22pm Three tax summons were served at Bucyrus Plaza.

7:28m Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

7:38pm Bessie Hill, 47, Bucyrus, was arrested in the 1000 block of Wingert Street on charges of domestic violence. She was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

7:43pm A report of a breaking and entering was investigated on Osman St. It was found to be the resident.

8:52pm A welfare check was requested on a person in the area of Woodlawn and Highland.

9:12pm One tax summons was issued in the area of Marion Road and Poplar Street.

9:24pm Noah Thornton, 27, Bucyrus, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

10:23pm Officers investigated a report of a subject trespassing in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue.

10:53pm Officers investigated a parking complaint in the Waterford Glen area.

11:38pm Walmart employees reported a subject in the store trespassing. The man was gone upon officers arrival.

12:06am Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

1:25am Officers assisted Crawford County Sheriff’s Deputies at Oakwood and Poplar Street.

4:12am A report of an intoxicated woman in the Whetstone/Southern Avenue area was investigated.

5:31am A false alarm was received in the 1200 block of Southland Drive.

9:42am A report of a domestic dispute in the 1300 block of High Street was investigated.

12:13pm A false alarm was received in the 800 block Plymouth Street.

12:53pm A false alarm was received in the 100 block of East Mansfield Street.

1:39pm A woman reported being assaulted by a man she knows on Washington Square.

1:56pm Officers assisted Life Support Team in the Bucyrus Plaza area.

3:06pm A false alarm was investigated in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street.

3:09pm A welfare check was requested on a juvenile in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

3:32pm Officers investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of Wayne Avenue.

3:39pm Officers investigated the report of a tree down, blocking Allen Avenue. City crew was contacted to remove the tree.

4:13pm A verbal warning was issued for loud music in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street.

4:15pm One income tax summons was issued at Waterford Glen.

4:16pm Officers investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of Wayne Avenue.

4:40pm Officers assisted Life Support Team in the 700 block of Gay Street.

4:55pm Officers assisted Life Support Team in the 1500 block of Rosedale.

5:10pm Officers investigated a report of a dog attacking a person on North Highland Avenue.

6:54pm A private property accident was investigated at Dollar General on Marion Road. While on scene, two income tax summons were served.

7:13pm A verbal traffic warning was issued and one income tax summons was served during a traffic stop in the area of Kilbourne and Sandusky Avenues.

7:48pm Officers assisted Bucyrus Fire Department in the 800 block of Rogers Street.

7:57pm A report of a shoplifting was taken at Kroger.

8:52pm Officers attempted to serve a warrant

8:52pm Officers checked a car alarm in the area of Nauman and Auto Avenues.

8:56pm One tax summons was issued in the 100 block of South Spring Street.

9:20pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Beal and Marion Road.

9:20pm A parking complaint was investigated in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

9:32pm One tax summons was issued in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

9:39pm Six tax summons were issued at Crawford County Justice Center.

10:13pm A report of a vandalism to a vehicle was taken in the 200 block of North Poplar Street.

11:42pm A domestic disturbance in the 400 block of North Walnut Street was investigated.

Feb. 22

12:46am Timothy Smith, 51, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a court date and released.

6:16am Officers assisted a motorist locked out of her vehicle in the 400 block of North Walnut Street.
