Longtime Mansfield residents, Marge and Dick Prater have been involved in education and the community. Dick Prater helped create and served as director of the Richland County Child Support Enforcement Agency for 18 years before he retired.

Marge Prater has been an educator for 47 years and taught elementary school for 32 years.

Kyle Swigart, who works at MT Business Technologies, has young children who attend the Madison Local Schools.

During January’s School Board Recognition month, Mid-Ohio ESC Board members were recognized by Superintendent Linda T. Keller for their service. “We thank this group of dedicated Board of Governors for their service to Mid-Ohio ESC and support for what we do,” Keller says.
