8:13am Officers investigated a report of obscene phone calls being received in the 600 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

8:37am A report of a trespasser in the 700 block of Prospect St. was investigated.

9:23am An officer attempted to make a welfare check in the 300 block of Iron St.

10:19am Officers took an accident report in the 100 block of Crossroads Blvd.

10:46am A Cleland Ave resident reported a TV stolen two days ago.

11:09am Officers took an accident report at Sandusky and Southern Aves.

11:14am Officers responded to a report of an accident in the 100 block of S. Sandusky Ave. There was no damage to the vehicles.

11:31am A S. East St. resident reported his fence spray-painted overnight.

11:51am An employee of North Side Fuel Stop reported a shoplifting. Officers are investigating.

11:54am An Ethel St. resident reported a theft from her shed overnight.

12:25pm A Prospect St. resident reported vandalism to their residence overnight.

12:28pm Officers took an accident report in the area of Sandusky and Beal.

12:47pm Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 500 block of Rogers St.

1:08pm A report of suspicious persons in the 300 block of S. Sandusky Ave. was investigated.

1:10pm Officers assisted Life Support in the area of Bucyrus Plaza.

1:11pm A disturbance in the 900 block of W. Perry St. was investigated.

2:13pm Officers assisted with a vehicle lock out in the 1300 block of Isaac Beal Rd.

3:41pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Whetstone and Southern Avenue.

3:45pm A theft of a small amount of cash was reported in the 200 block of Woodlawn Ave.

4:05pm Officers retrieved a syringe found at the side of the roadway on W. Rensselaer Street for disposal.

4:06pm A verbal traffic warning was issued on Whetstone Street.

4:38pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle in the 600 block of Plymouth Street.

5:01pm Scott Hart, 39, was arrested on two warrants out of Crawford County. He was also issued a summons for income tax. He was given a court date for all charges and released.

6:32pm A resident in the 1200 block of N. Sandusky Avenue reported someone around the back of their property.

6:39pm A resident in the 600 block of N. Lane Street reported someone attempting to get into her residence. No one was located when officers arrived.

6:52pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Plymouth and Sandusky Avenue.

6:57pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Knights Inn.

7:00pm A private property accident at Speedway was investigated.

7:19pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Woodlawn and Lane Street.

7:59pm A train blocking multiple crossings in town was reported. The train had a mechanical failure and was waiting for workers to arrive to determine the problem.

8:02pm Officers attempted to serve a warrant at Woodbine Apartments.

8:05pm A domestic disturbance in the 400 block of E. Warren Street was investigated.

9:08pm A report of a possible intoxicated driver on Marion Road was investigated.

9:31pm A traffic citation for Driving Under Suspension was issued in the area of Gay and Kaler Avenue.

9:42pm A resident in the 300 block of W. Mary Street reported a rock thrown through a window at his residence.

11:31pm A report of loud music in the 100 block of Franklin St. was investigated.

11:50pm A motorist was warned for manner of driving in the area of Sandusky and Gaius.

11:55pm Ronald W Kent, 44, was arrested and charged with OVI after officers were called to Monnett St in reference to a vehicle hitting a fence. Kent was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

Nov. 14

12:30am Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person in the 100 block of W. Galen. The person could not be located.

1:13am Allen Henry Jr, 39, was arrested in the 300 block of W. Mansfield St. and charged with disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

2:38am A report of a domestic problem in the 100 block of W. Mansfield St. was investigated.

2:48am A report of a disturbance in the 200 block of Ethel St. was investigated.

3:03am Officers took a report of vandalism in the alley behind S. East St.

9:12am A false alarm was received from the 100 block of Plymouth St.

9:53am Officers controlled traffic for a 5K run at Sandusky and Charles.

10:29am An Indian Creek Apts. resident reported her vehicle vandalized overnight.

11:33am An employee of Family Dollar reported a theft from the store.

1:27pm Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the area of Rensselaer and Lane Streets.

1:29pm A report of a possible drug deal was investigated.

1:47pm Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the Woodbine Apts. area.

2:30pm A domestic issue was reported in the 1700 block of Whetstone St.

2:34pm A male subject was warned reference digging on the soccer fields on N. Lane St.

3:06pm A bicycle found abandoned in the alley behind the 300 block of Hopley Avenue was brought to the Police Department.

3:14pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

4:00pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle in the 600 block of Hopley Avenue.

4:07pm A report of an erratic, speeding vehicle on S. Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

4:21pm Officers spoke to a group of juveniles in the 300 block of N. Sandusky Avenue.

4:30pm A traffic citation was issued in the area of Woodlawn and Highland Avenue.

5:12pm A verbal traffic warning was issued on Whetstone Street.

6:00pm A resident of Woodbine Apartments reported receiving harassing phone calls and text messages from someone she knows.

6:14pm A disturbance at Aumiller Park was investigated.

6:00pm Michael Snyder, 56, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant and 3 counts of Telecommunication Harassment. He was issued 3 summonses and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

6:19pm A report of juveniles refusing to leave the parking lot of Kroger was investigated.

8:09pm A report of fireworks in the area of Fairview and Melody Lane was investigated.

8:13pm A resident in the 600 block of Sears Street reported hearing something outside her house. Officers checked the area, but did not locate anyone or any problems.

8:38pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Hopley and Edgewood Drive.

8:48pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Washington Square.

9:06pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of E. Mansfield and Mary Street.

9:12pm A parking complaint was investigated in the area of Charles and East Street. A vehicle was cited for Parking Over 48 hours and towed from the area.

9:36pm A resident in the 500 block of S. Spring Street reported his vehicle sideswiped while parked outside his residence this evening.

9:47pm Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 500 block of S. East Street.

9:53pm Mitchell Cox, 30, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

11:10pm A report of 2 suspicious females in the area of W. Liberty St. was investigated.

11:14pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle at Bucyrus Estates.

11:52pm Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 1500 block of Woodland Dr.

Nov. 15

1:02am Tracie Huffman, 39, was arrested on a warrant out of Crestline Police Dept. She was issued with a court date and released.

1:02am Joshua Rex, 29, was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal damaging. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

2:35am A verbal traffic warning was given in the area of E. Southern Ave. and S. Walnut St.

5:45am Officers responded to an alarm in the 1200 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

6:26am Officers responded to a false alarm in the 100 block of Plymouth St.

8:21am A report of a dog running loose in the 200 block of Whetstone St. was investigated.

9:28am Officers attempted to make a welfare check on Schell Ave. It was determined that the subject being checked on had moved.

11:02am Officers assisted with a vehicle lock out in the Walmart parking lot.

12:36pm A report of suspicious persons in the 200 block of W. Mansfield St. was investigated.

1:58pm A disturbance in the 1600 block of Whetstone St. was investigated.

2:11pm Officers took an accident report in the 500 block of Wilbur St.

2:36pm Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the Walmart parking lot.

2:48pm A cable line down in the alleyway off the 200 block of W. Charles Street was removed from the roadway & reported to Time Warner Cable.

4:39pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the 300 block of N. Sandusky Avenue.

5:40pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the 800 block of S. Spring Street.

5:54pm A disturbance in the 1700 block of Marion Road was investigated.

7:18pm Officers attempted to check the welfare of a resident in the 100 block of E. Center Street.

8:10pm A resident in the 200 block of E. Warren Street reported someone attempting to get into her apartment.

8:19pm Michael Frank, 45, was arrested on charges of Domestic Violence. He was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

9:15pm Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 200 block of Whetstone Street.

10:09pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle in the 200 block of Whetstone Street.

11:40pm Officers conducted a welfare check at Bucyrus Manor.

Nov. 16

12:17am Joseph Lewis, 31, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Crawford County, possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for an appearance in court.
