Oct. 29

9:15am A report of possible child abuse was investigated.

9:21am A subject was assisted in entering their locked vehicle in the 600 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

12:43pm A false alarm was received from the 600 block of Aurora Ave.

12:45pm A false alarm was received from the 500 block of Forrest Hills Ct.

1:23pm Officers warned a construction company against parking their equipment on private property without permission in the 500 block of Tiffin St.

4:52pm Officers responded along with EMS personnel to the 100 block of W. Mansfield St. for an unknown medical emergency.

5:41pm A report of an erratic driver in the 100 block of W. Charles Street was investigated.

7:00pm A report of a possible impaired driver coming into town on E. Mansfield Street was investigated.

7:22pm A report of kids walking in the roadway on Whetstone Street was investigated.

7:25pm Officers conducted a traffic stop on Hopley Ave. near E. Southern Ave. and arrested a 33 year old female and 38 year old male, both of Bucyrus for possession of drugs, heroin. Officers recovered a significant amount of narcotics and the individuals are in custody awaiting a hearing and the matter remains under investigation.

7:40pm A false alarm in the 900 block of Victoria Drive was investigated.

7:50pm A Bucyrus resident came to the Police Department to report being harassed and threatened by someone she knows.

8:37pm A hang up 9-1-1 call from the 400 block of Norton Way was investigated. It was found to be an accidental dial and everything was fine.

8:56pm A resident in the 200 block of Plymouth Street reported the basketball stand stolen from his driveway today.

10:01pm Officers assisted Bucyrus Fire Department with a fire in a railcar off SR 98.

11:54pm Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 300 block of Blicke St.

Oct. 30

12:11am A traffic warning was given in the 400 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

1:00am A report of a suspicious vehicle on E. Liberty St. was investigated.

1:22am Cory Kuehne, 26, was arrested in the 1600 block of Marion Rd. for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released with pending court appearance.

1:42am Officers checked a residence in the 700 block of Plymouth St. at the request of a neighbor. Everything was found to be all right.

2:30am A male reported being robbed while walking home. The incident is under investigation.

3:06am Officers responded to an alarm in the 1600 block of Marion Rd.
