4:44 p.m. – A report of a man shoplifting at the Dollar General store was investigated.

6:20 p.m. – A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of North Columbus Street was investigated.

7:36 p.m. – A South Pierce Street resident reported the theft of a gun.

9:34 p.m. – Officers investigated an attempted suicide at Galion High School.

Oct. 28

12:42 a.m. – An attempted breaking and entering of a residence in the 500 block of South Market Street was investigated.

1:29 pm. – An attempted breaking and entering of a residence in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue was investigated.

6:39 p.m. – An attempted breaking and entering of a residence in the 200 block of Pershing Avenue was investigated.

Oct. 29

6:19 a.m. – A report of a tree that fell on a vehicle at South Union and Atwood Streets was investigated.

3:22 p.m. – A cell phone was found near the Evergreen Company and turned into the police station.

3:55 p.m. – A report of a semi-truck driving through a yard in the 300 block of Clymer Avenue was investigated.

8:13 p.m. – A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue.

9:45 p.m. – A resident in the 500 block of Harding Way East reported being assaulted by a neighbor.

Oct. 30

7:29 p.m. – A non-injury accident at Moto Mart was investigated.
