Bucyrus to be featured on “One Tank Trips”

A Cleveland television news icon recently visited Bucyrus to film segments for an upcoming special there.

WJW Cleveland personality Neil Zurcher was In Bucyrus last week to shoot several locations for his “One Tank Trips” program.

“Prior to his arrival, the Bucyrus Tourism and Visitors Bureau was contacted to help scout out potential locations,” said Patricia Ratliff, Executive Director of the Bucyrus Tourism and Visitors Bureau. “Mr. Zurcher indicated that he wanted to feature the Liberty Remembers mural because this program will air near Veterans Day. “

Zurcher and his television crew visited he Liberty Remembers and Great American Crossroads murals, Carl’s Gas Station and 50’s Memories located on Hopley Avenue and Miller’s Drive-In on the Lincoln Highway.

The show is slated to air 10 a.m. Nov. 3 on Fox 8 Cleveland.
