BUCYRUS — A Galion man was sentenced to a decade in prison after pleading guilty to sex-related charges and probation violations this week in Crawford County Common Pleas Court.

Ryan J. Noe, 29, 931 Allen St., admitted to sex offenses involving a 15-year-old girl; pleaded guilty to pandering sexually-oriented material, a second-degree felony; and violating the terms of his probation from a 2016 conviction of tampering with evidence.

Judge Sean Leuthold sentenced Noe to the maximum of eight years in prison for the sex offense and another two years for violating the terms of his probation.

Upon his release from prison, Noe will have to register as a Tier II sex offender for 25 years and will face five years of mandatory post-release control.

Several charges were dropped in the cases of a Crestline man and a Galion man who were involved in a home invasion on Patterson Street, in Crestline on Nov. 16, 2016.

Kevin Foust, 25, Galion, and Joshua L. Prosser, 29, Crestline, were each sentenced to one year in prison for possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies, after charges were of aggravated burglary, robbery, and multiple counts of theft of drugs were dismissed as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors issues the prosecution was having with potential witnesses.

Prosser was arrested in February by U.S. Marshals at an Orchard Street residence in Galion. Both men must also pay a $2,500 fine.
