Bucyrus Board of Education approves administrative changes

The Bucyrus City School District Board of Education unanimously approved administrative position changes during the regular meeting July 23. The changes were a result of a resignation accepted by the Board during the meeting.

John Massara, who had previously served the district as the Secondary School Assistant Principal, was approved as the new Director of Student Services. With Massara’s move, Kevin Fourman will be stepping in to the Secondary School Assistant Principal position.

“We are very fortunate to have the ability to move our administrators from one role to the next,” Superintendent Kevin Kimmel said. “Both Massara and Fourman will do a fantastic job in their new roles.”

Fourman’s previous position as Director of Educational Options is now vacant and will be posted with information about how interested individuals can apply. The position posting is available at www.buyrusschools.org.
