Bucyrus Elementary School PTO hosting fun night March 24

BUCYRUS  – The Bucyrus Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) will be hosting its annual Fun Night for Bucyrus families at the Bucyrus Secondary School Friday, March 24.

Food will be served from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and games and inflatables will be open from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
According to PTO President Kelly Burke, Fun Night is not a fundraiser for the PTO.

It is designed to give back to the students and their families.

“This is our way of giving back to the families for all their hard work and dedication with our annual fundraisers,” said Burke. “I hope BES families come see the fun we are having and take the opportunity to see their teachers in a different environment than the classroom.”

Fun Night tickets, which are used by children to participate in activities during the evening, can be purchased at the door $1 each, or families can purchase a bracelet for $15. All games will cost 1 ticket, while the inflatables will cost two tickets. Activities during Fun Night include a Bounce House, a Bounce Obstacle Courses, a Slide Inflatable, Laser Tag, raffles for a chance to win great prizes, face painting, and games including plinko, ski ball, fishing, golf and many more.

“Our BES students, families and staff appreciate the opportunity our PTO Fun Night provides to share an
evening of food and family fun together,” said Bucyrus Elementary School Principal Erica Ward. “Our PTO Fun Night is intended to be a continuation of providing positive experiences and activities for our school community’s benefit.
We hope our families will attend this outstanding event!”
