12:29 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS in the Gleddale Boulevard area.

9:47 a.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 1300 block of Harding Way East.

10:02 a.m.-A cell phone found in the 700 block of Harding Way East was turned over to police.

10:05 a.m.-Ryan D. Eichler was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 300 block of Harding Way East.

3:04 p.m.-Ryan Heath was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence in the 700 block of Charles Street. He was also issued a citation for expired plates.

4:11 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated on Clymer Avenue.

5:08 p.m.-Maggie P. Smith was issued a citation for speeding on North Market Street at Fortney Avenue.

5:09 p.m.-An assault involving juveniles was investigated at Heise Park.

5:37 p.m.-A report of a fight was investigated in the Ottawa Street and Third Avenue.

Oct. 19

1:57 p.m.-Joseph Waldo was arrested for a probation violation in the 600 block of Center Street.

2:38 p.m.-A report of a landlord-tenant issue in the 200 block of South Boston Street was investigated.

5:11 p.m.-A report of a disturbance in the 700 block of South Boston Street was investigated.

6:02 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street.

8:34 p.m.-A resident in the Libby Lane area reported a window of their apartment broken.

8:58 p.m.-Nicky C. Ramos was issued a citation for driving without a license in the Harding Way East and Riblet Street area.

10:25 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the Grove Avenue and Jefferson Street area was investigated.

Oct. 20

12:21 a.m.-A resident in the 300 block of Cherry Street reported being threatened by someone she knows. Kyla A. Owens was arrested for aggravated trespassing.

2:29 a.m.-A report of a possible overdose was investigated in the 100 block of West Summit Street.

1:23 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 400 block of Libby Lane was investigated.

2:35 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated on Portland Way North.

3:12 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated on Portland Way North. James Duncan Jr. was issued a citation for failure to yield at a private drive or alley.

8:16 p.m.-A report of a dog running loose in the Elmwood Drive and Fairview Avenue area was investigated.

8:21 p.m.-A report of a fight in the East Walnut and Murray Street area was investigated.

Oct. 18

7:53 a.m.- A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street.

2:29 p.m.- A traffic accident was investigated in the 1100 block of Isaac Beal Road.

4:59 p.m.- Four income tax summons were served in the 300 block of Aumiller Park Drive.

11:27 p.m.- A resident in the 400 block of North Walnut Street reported her 14-year-old daughter did not come home from school. She returned home shortly after officers spoke to her.

Oct. 19

2:52 a.m.- A welfare check on the street in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue revealed a highly intoxicated male that was there as a result of a family quarrel. Daniel Kelly, 49, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

9:56 a.m.- A report of a female with a fake ID at Circle K is under investigation.

10:52 a.m.- A report of a suspicious male at IB Tech was investigated. He was found to be dropping off lunch to an employee.

11:26 a.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 1500 block of Lakewood Drive.

11:55 a.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 900 block of Elm Street.

12:11 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue.

12:55 p.m.- Officers conducted a standby in the 1200 block of Reid Street.

1:13 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support in the 100 block of South Walnut Street.

4:11 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support in the 400 block of Plymouth Street.

4:49 p.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street.

5:01 p.m.- A report of a fight in the 100 block of North Poplar Street was checked and people had dispersed.

6:46 p.m.- Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the area of Plymouth and Maple Streets and a citation was issued.

10:07 p.m.- Officers checked on an individual that fell off a bicycle and collided with a parked car in the 400 block of West Rensselaer Street. There was no damage to the vehicle and Daniel Kelly, 49, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

11:37 p.m.- A report of a male yelling at a female in the 800 block of South Poplar Street was a person that did not like having their age checked for the purchase of tobacco.

Oct. 20

4:29 p.m.- Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 300 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

7:09 p.m.- Norfolk Southern Railway was contacted about signals malfunctioning at the railroad crossings on North Spring Street, North Poplar Street and North Sandusky Avenue.
