Oct. 17

12:19 a.m.-A report of an assault in the 1400 block of McClure Street was investigated.

7:09 a.m.-A Second Avenue resident reported someone stole a grape vine tree from their yard and left behind a cell phone.

1:08 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 1200 block of McClure Street.

2:08 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated on Harding Way East at Pierce Street. Scott Fearn was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence, driving under suspension and leaving the scene of an accident.

6:28 p.m.-A report of an attempted assault was investigated in the 600 block of South Boston Street.

9:16 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 100 block of South Boston Street was investigated.

Bucyrus Police

Oct. 17

8:06 a.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 400 block of West Beal Avenue.

8:25 a.m.- Brian Michener, 42, Bucyrus, was arrested for domestic violence.

12:20 p.m.- A report of a private property hit-skip collision in the parking lot at Family Dollar, 221 S. Lane St., was investigated.

2:53 p.m.- Timothy R. Smith, 51, was arrested in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

3:27 p.m.- Officers assisted Crawford County Sheriff’s Department with an injury crash on Ohio 98 near Mount Zion Road.

3:51 p.m.- A report of juveniles throwing rocks in the area of Highland and Rensselaer Streets was investigated.

4:52 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of South Poplar Street.

5:04 p.m.- Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department checking on suspicious smoke on South Highland Avenue.

5:26 p.m.- A report of unattended juveniles was investigated on Penn Avenue.

6:14 p.m.- A neighborhood dispute was mediated on Woodlawn Avenue.

6:31 p.m.- A report of a reckless driver was investigated on Prospect Street.

6:48 p.m.- Officers investigated an animal complaint in the 800 block of Beverly Drive.

7:15 p.m.- A two vehicle non-injury crash was investigated in the 500 block of Russell Avenue.

7:20 p.m.- A report of suspicious persons in the 900 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

8:02 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 900 block of Monnett Street.

8:32 p.m.- Zachary Primmer, 27, was located and arrested in the 300 block of North Sandusky Avenue on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

9:04 p.m.- Officers assisted Ohio State Patrol in the area of Ohio 4.

10:05 p.m.- A report of juveniles around the courthouse was investigated. They were moving along when officers arrived.

10:11 p.m.- A report of two vehicles speeding in the area of Irving and Plymouth Streets was investigated.

Oct. 18

2:22 a.m.- A disturbance at the Horseshoe Bar was investigated and the patron involved had left the area.

2:27 a.m.- A report of a suspicious male in the 300 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

3:05 a.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a female in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

6:08 a.m.-A 15-year-old reported missing from the 200 block of East Lucas Street returned home while officers were taking the report.
