2:49 a.m.-A domestic dispute in the 900 block of Harding Way East was investigated. Albert G. Keske, 36, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

5:47 a.m.-A report of a clown in the 100 block of Second Avenue was investigated.

5:57 a.m.-A report of two people running from a house in the 100 block of Pounder Avenue was investigated.

1:49 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 200 block of Portland Way North.

3:32 p.m.-A report of child abuse was investigated at the Galion Intermediate School and turned over to Children Services personnel.

5:31 p.m.-A report of the theft of a money order was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

7:29 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 100 block of Tuxedo Alley.

11:25 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 1000 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

2:02 a.m.-A report of a beer cooler broken into and merchandise stolen at Moto Mart was investigated.

10:43 a.m.-Steven C. Shaull, 58, was arrested for criminal damaging and a warrant for failure to appear

12:30 p.m.-A report of a child left inside a vehicle at the Dollar Tree was investigated.

12:41 p.m.-A report of trespassing in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue was investigated.

1:14 p.m.-A report of a bicycle stolen in the 100 block of East Street was investigated.

2:07 p.m.-A report of harassment on Public Square was investigated.

2:09 p.m.-A South Boston Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.

2:36 p.m.-Hypodermic needles found in the 100 block of Harding Way East were turned over to police.

2:48 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 200 block of Harding Way East.

5:55 p.m.-Shannon Rice was issued a court date for a Crawford County warrant in the 300 block of South Boston Street.

7:30 p.m.-A report of a loud boom in the Dawsett Avenue and Ohio 19 area was investigated with no determination of the cause.

7:50 p.m.-A report of someone dumping trash in a dumpster at Crawford Manor Apartments was investigated.

9:17 p.m.-A citation was issued to William Geist for fictitious plates in the Cherry and Orange Street area.

10:19 p.m.-Anisha Bloomfield was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the Harding Way West and Jefferson Street area.

11:04 p.m.-A report of a male stealing items from Speedway was investigated.

12:39 p.m.-A resident reported being threatened by someone on Public Square.

1:38 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS with a man with an unknown medical problem at Moto Mart.

2 p.m.-A bicycle was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Harding Way East.

2:30 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the Mardo Lane area was investigated.

3:49 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 500 block of Galion Arms was investigated.

4:01 p.m.-A resident in the North Columbus Street area reported a license plate stolen from a trailer sometime since Friday.

5:36 p.m.-A bicycle found in the 200 block of Harding Way West was turned over to police.

6:06 p.m.-Nicholaus P. Davis, 36, was arrested for disorderly conduct at Galion Community Hospital.

7:08 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the West Church and Market Street area.

8:57 p.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 300 block of East Parson Street was investigated.

7:41 a.m.-A two car non-injury crash was investigated in the Tiffin and River Street area and a citation was issued.

10:45 a.m.-A resident in the 400 block of West Rensselaer Street reported his vehicle spray painted overnight.

2:37 A report of a disturbance in the 900 block of West Perry Street was investigated and a juvenile arrested for having tobacco products.

6:14 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of East Charles Street.

6:23 p.m.- Officers delivered a message for the Ontario Police Department in the 300 block of West Beal Avenue.

8:07 p.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 500 block of West Perry Street.

8:29 p.m.- A report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 400 block of West Rensselaer Street was investigated.

9:25 p.m.- A report of a possible fire in the area of West Rensselaer and South Spring Streets was a campfire.

10:04 p.m.- A report of a group of people yelling in the 100 block of West Mary Street was investigated.

12:18 a.m.-Officers confiscated a vehicle registration and plates on behalf of the BMV in the 400 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

12:45 a.m.-Officers on patrol dispersed a disturbance in City Lot 3.

1:07 a.m.-A female was cited for driving under suspension in the area of West Mansfield and Spring Streets.

2:24 a.m.-Officers conducted a welfare check in the Woodbine Apartments area.

11:13 a.m.-Officers are investigating a report of a theft in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street where a man grabbed money out of another man’s hands. Officers spoke to a suspect.

11:38 a.m.-Officers attempted to locate a couple who was reported arguing on the corner of Spring and Warren Streets. They were gone upon officers arrival.

12:02 p.m.- A private property collision in the parking lot at Kroger’s was investigated.

2:05 p.m.- Officers delivered a message for the Mansfield Ohio State Patrol in the 1100 block of Ohio Drive.

2:47 p.m.- A report of a domestic issue in the 900 block of Hopley Avenue was investigated.

3:56 p.m.- Officers responded to a possible crash in the 100 block of North Spring Street. No damage was reported.

4:48 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.

4:50 p.m.- Officers assisted with an unruly juvenile in the 400 block of West Charles Street.

4:56 p.m.- A report of a dog bite victim at Bucyrus Community Hospital was investigated.

5:00 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of Rogers Street.

5:18 p.m.- A male was warned about trespassing at a business in the 300 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

5:26 p.m.- Officers returned a recovered and previously reported stolen bicycle to the owner.

5:40 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 200 block of Lane Street.

6:21 p.m.- Officers assisted a parent with an unruly juvenile in the 900 block of Elm Street.

7:22 p.m.- Officers responded to a minor collision where a car door was opened into traffic and a mirror damaged in the 400 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

7:55 p.m.- A report of fireworks being set off in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.

9:10 p.m.- A report of pedestrians running out in front of passing vehicles in the 1200 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

9:40 p.m.- Officers assisted with an unruly juvenile in the 300 block of East Charles Street.

Oct. 16

12:20 a.m.-Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint on Clark Street and David F. Frank, 31, was arrested for domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await a court appearance.

1:26 a.m.-Officers responded to a report of a fight in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street. A 27-year-old female was arrested for disorderly conduct. She was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

1:53 a.m.-A male was cited for driving under suspension in the 100 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

2:05 a.m.-A report of a fight in the 100 block of North Poplar Street was investigated.

2:21 a.m.-Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 900 block of Monnett Street.

7:20 a.m.-A resident in the 1500 block of Marion Road reported a purse stolen sometime last week.

10:14 a.m.-A report of a stolen cell phone in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

11:31 a.m.-Officers attempted to locate an 8-year-old boy in the Faustina and Oakwood Avenue area to check his welfare. The boy was gone upon arrival.

2:08 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 200 block of South Walnut Street.

4:04 p.m.- Officers checked a report of a disturbance and dog barking in the 1000 block of Wingert Street.

4:48 p.m.- Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department in the 900 block of West Perry Street.

5:19 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

5:37 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of possible suspicious activity near Lions Park.

6:28 p.m.- A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated.

6:51 p.m.- A domestic dispute was mediated in the 500 block of Prospect Street.

7:56 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle on Ethel Street was made.

8:03 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle on High Street was a disabled vehicle.

8:14 p.m.- A domestic dispute was resolved with one of the parties leaving the area in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street.

8:43 p.m.- A domestic dispute was mediated in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street.

9:27 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the area of Rogers and Southern Avenue was investigated.

9:44 p.m.- Dean Deluca, 41, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant during a traffic stop at South Lane and East Rensselaer Streets. He was issued a date to appear in court and released. He was also issued a traffic citation for driving without a license.

11:09 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance personnel in the 400 block of Sears Street with a reported overdose.

Oct. 17

1:15 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person at Waterford Glen was checked and officers located an individual who was scrapping.

2:43 a.m.-Officers checked on a report of a domestic disturbance on East Mansfield Street.

4:14 a.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff Office locating a person in the area of Sandusky and Marion Road that was involved in a crash that the sheriff’s office was investigating.
