Oct. 6

3:37 a.m.-A report of a man lying on the sidewalk in front of Wendy’s led to the arrest of the man for disorderly conduct.

8:58 a.m.-Shane A. Kocher was issued a citation for speeding on County Line Road.

9:13 a.m.-A wallet found at Dollar General was turned over to police.

10:14 a.m.-Lori A. Fannin was issued a citation for speeding on Dawsett Avenue.

10:29 a.m.-Damian Lewis was issued a citation for speeding on Gelsanliter Road.

3:03 p.m.-A First Avenue resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.

3:40 p.m.-A sex offense was reported and is under investigation.

4:30 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering in the 800 block of Harding Way West was investigated.

5:06 p.m.-Angela Powell was issued a citation for speeding on Crawford Morrow County Line Road.

5:47 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the Orange Street and Guinther Court area was investigated.

5:51 p.m.-A report of a large dog running loose in the Sixth Avenue area was investigated.

6:08 p.m.-A resident reported that her daughter saw a clown walking around in the 600 block of North Columbus Street. Police did not locate the person dressed as a clown.

8:20 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of Sunnyside Drive.

9:04 p.m.-An iPad, case and charger were found at the Galion Community Center and turned over to police.

9:41 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the Orange Street and McDonald Avenue area led to the arrest of Jarrod Matney.

10:06 p.m.-A resident in the 700 block of Timberlane Drive reported two clowns banging on houses. Police did not locate the clowns.

Bucyrus Police

Oct. 6

9:24 a.m.- A report of damage to a vehicle in the 200 block of Norton Way was investigated.

11:07 a.m.- Officers investigated a one-vehicle accident in the 200 block of East Mary Street. The driver, Timothy Smith, was arrested for driving under the influence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

11:32 a.m.- Officers assisted the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office in delivering a message in the 1800 block of Whetstone Street.

12:11 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 1200 block of East Mansfield Street.

12:57 p.m.- Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

1:38 p.m.- A private property accident report was taken at Kroger.

3:20 p.m.- Officers responded with EMS for a 9-1-1 hang up call in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.

3:39 p.m.- A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to speak to an officer about someone he knows harassing him.

4:27 p.m.- A resident in the 800 block of Beverly Drive reported her cable box damaged outside her residence.

4:36 p.m.- Officers transported a person from the Bucyrus Community Hospital to the jail from an arrest earlier in the day.

6:30 p.m.- A resident in the 600 block of South Walnut Street reported her 14-year-old daughter, Aubrie Kildow, missing since Monday.

6:47 p.m.- Officers spoke to an unruly juvenile at the police department.

7:57 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 400 block of Emerson Street.

8:38 p.m.- A report of kids at the Bucyrus Schools Administration building on Plymouth Street was investigated. No one was located in the area.

8:48 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver on Sandusky Avenue from Charles Street was investigated.

Oct. 7

12:02 a.m.- A report of people with flashlights in the alleyway between Monnett and Dean Streets was investigated.

12:34 a.m.- A report of an assault that took place at Harmon Field is under investigation.

2:28 a.m.- David C. Burger III, 24, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.
