6:06 a.m.-A resident reported that three clowns were walking in the Union Street area.

10:57 a.m.-A Henry Street resident reported credit card fraud.

1:54 p.m.-A Samsung phone in a blue case was found in the parking lot behind United Bank and turned over to police.

2:15 pm.-A report of two suspicious men in the 1200 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

4:28 p.m.-An unruly juvenile was arrested at East Park.

6:38 .m.-A report of an unruly juvenile in the 500 block of Fifth Street was investigated.

8:22 p.m.-A report of two people in a white truck with masks on in the parking lot of the Dollar Tree was investigated.

8:24 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 1500 block of Trachsel Place.

8:29 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering of a residence in the 100 block of Portland Way was investigated.

9:05 p.m.-A report of suspicious people in the 200 block of South Market Street was investigated.

9:17 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person wearing a clown mask in the 100 block of Buehler Street was investigated.

11:02 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle at Heise Park turned out to be people playing Pokemon Go.

Sept. 28

1:14 a.m.-A report of two suspicious men in the 100 block of Payne Avenue was investigated.

2:38 a.m.-A report of two clowns standing behind an apartment in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

5:30 a.m.-A report of a person caught stealing on video at Moto Mart was investigated.

6:34 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the South Boston Street area was investigated.

7:29 a.m.-A report of a refrigerator stolen from a residence in the 500 block of McDonald Avenue was investigated.

9:31 a.m.-A resident in the 500 block of North Union Street reported vandalism to a vehicle.

1:36 p.m.-Cole M. Bauer was issued citations for expired plates and driver’s license in the 100 block of Riblet Street.

2:20 p.m.-A report of child abuse was investigated in the 700 block of Charles Street and turned over to Children Services.

3:22 p.m.-A non-injury accident involving a school bus was investigated in the 700 block of Edward Street.

4:23 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 1200 block of McClure Street.

4:25 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 400 block of Libby Lane with a possible overdose.

5:16 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of South Market Street was investigated.

Sept. 29

1:12 a.m.-A resident in the 200 block of Libby Lane reported six or seven clowns in the area that took off running.

1:59 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of First Avenue.

4:50 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 100 block of East Payne Avenue.

7:11 a.m.-A report of several clowns in the area of Galion City Schools was investigated.

9 a.m.-A woman’s wallet was found in the Sherman Street area and turned over to police.

1:02 p.m.-A Briarwood Drive resident reported receiving harassing phone calls from someone she knows.

3:10 p.m.-Police searched a residence in the 600 block of Dawsett Avenue after a report that marijuana was being grown there. One man was arrested and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

4:56 p.m.-Gabriella Silcox was arrested on a warrant in the area of Third Avenue and Harding Way East.

5:46 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of Easton Way.

5:50 p.m.-Travis Lozier was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant. He was issued a court date and released.

8:16 p.m.-A juvenile was arrested for theft in the Harding Way East area.

8:40 p.m.-A report of a clown looking in a window of a residence in the 200 block of Fellow Street was investigated.

10:12 p.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Sheriff’s deputies in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue.

10:39 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of South Pierce Street.

Sept. 27

7:41 p.m.-A two-vehicle non-injury crash was investigated at Sandusky Avenue and Crossroads Blvd.

8:08 p.m.-A report of a person trespassing on South East Street was investigated.

8:15 p.m.-One income tax summons was served.

Sept. 28

1204 a.m.-A report of a suspicious male in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.

3:34 a.m.-Officers responded to a non-injury crash involving a parked vehicle in the 1000 block of South East Street. A citation was issued.

3:51 a.m.-A resident in the 700 block of South East Street reported finding an unknown object on his fence. It was found to be a hammock.

3:57 p.m.- An employee of Preferred Wireless reported a theft after someone bought multiple items using a fraudulent customer account.

4:39 p.m.- A report of two males wearing skeleton masks in the 500 block of Union Street was investigated.

4:42 p.m.- Victoria Herod, 27, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.

5:08 p.m.- An employee at Kroger reported someone shoplifting from the store. Officers are investigating.

9:48 p.m.- A report of two people dressed as clowns shining red laser lights into people’s houses in the 900 block of Prospect Street was investigated.

10:05 p.m.- Officers spoke with a suspicious male walking in the area of Rogers and Short Streets.

11:07 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of North Spring Street was investigated.

Sept. 29

4:12 a.m.- A report of a shed being struck by a vehicle off an alley in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

4:24 a.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 500 block of Wedgewood Court.

7:09 a.m.- A Plymouth Street resident reported a theft from her home and her purse missing.

2:17 p.m.- Officers are investigating a reported shoplifting at Ehrharts.

2:45 p.m.- Officers responded to a report of two people in costumes in the 500 block of South East Street. Two juvenile girls were warned about the consequences if they were doing more than just dressing up.

3:39 p.m.- Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 1100 block of East Warren Street.

4:34 p.m.- Officers spoke to a Bucyrus resident about an attempted scam he received through his email.

8:07 p.m.- A report of suspicious persons in the area of Iron and Mansfield Streets was checked and a 19-year-old and 17-year-old were identified and denied bothering anyone.

8:13 p.m.- A report of disorderly persons at Aumiller Park was investigated and no one located.

8:29 p.m.- Officers attempted to deliver a message for the Galion Police Department to a resident in the 700 block of Melody Lane.

8:30 p.m.- Two 16-year-old Bucyrus boys were arrested after reportedly wearing costumes and jumping out at vehicles driving in the area of Mary and Sears Streets. They were released to their parents pending charges through Juvenile Court.

11:00 p.m.- A resident in the 300 block of West Warren Street reported being threatened.

Sept. 30

12:19 a.m.- A 17-year-old female was arrested for curfew violation during a traffic stop in the area of Woodlawn Avenue and Wiley Street.

12:34 a.m.- A report of a male yelling in the area of East Southern Avenue and Clay Street was found to be a disorderly person that required EMS assistance. Life Support Team Ambulance transported him to the hospital.

1:54 a.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle at Outhwaite Reservoir was investigated.

2:30 a.m.- Paula Blankenship, 39, was arrested in the area of West Mansfield and Spring Streets for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and cited for driving under suspension. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

3:34 a.m.- John Hriesik, 57, was arrested in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue for disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.
