12:48 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 200 block of Harding Way East.

2:49 p.m.-A report of a fight at Heise Park was investigated.
4:26 p.m.-A report of shots fired in the 800 block of Edwards Street was investigated.
6:19 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 500 block of Richardson Avenue was investigated.
9:03 p.m.-A Pine Street resident reported receiving threatening phone calls from someone she knows.
9:28 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering of a residence in the 400 block of Portland Way North was investigated.

7:52 a.m.- Officers are investigating a report of a break-in to a garage in the 600 block of Wilbur Street.
8:17 a.m.- Officers picked up two fire extinguishers lying in an alley in the 1100 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
10:58 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the Bucyrus Plaza area.
11:31 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 600 block of South Spring Street.
12:00 p.m.- A resident at Bucyrus Plaza reported her vehicle entered overnight and the registration stolen.
12:43 p.m.- A silver and red trick bike was reported stolen from the 400 block of West Warren Street.
1:59 p.m.- Officers disposed of two syringes found at Washington Square.
3:40 p.m.- A semi-truck pulled a telephone line loose from the pole in the area of Irving and Monnett Streets.
4:41 p.m.- A resident in the 300 block of West Beal Avenue reported her dog poisoned.
5:21 p.m.- A juvenile was warned for trespassing on the railroad tracks.
5:29 p.m.- A hit-skip accident in the area of Poplar and Rensselaer Streets was investigated.
5:31 p.m.- A hit-skip accident in the area of Charles and Clark Streets was investigated.
6:40 p.m.- A report of an intoxicated driver in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.
6:43 p.m.- A disturbance at Harmon Field was investigated.
6:52 p.m.- A resident in the 600 block of Wilbur Street requested an officer speak to her children about their behavior.
7:04 p.m.- A report of a juvenile being assaulted by another child on Failor Street was investigated.
7:16 p.m.- A report of a suspicious male walking in the roadway on Marion Road was investigated.
7:35 p.m.- A report of kids playing in a dumpster on Sears Street was investigated. They were working for the owner breaking up scrap.
7:44 p.m.- A report of an intoxicated male in the 500 block of South East Street was investigated. The male left the area before officers arrived.
8:00 p.m.- Officers attempted to check the welfare of a child on East Mary Street.
9:03 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle stopped on Home Circle Drive was investigated. The vehicle had broken down and was waiting for a tow truck.
Sept. 14
12:00 a.m.- A report of a water main break in the 500 block of Failor Street was investigated.
12:01 a.m.- James Schaffrodt, 63, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and cited for driving under suspension. He was issued a date to appear in court and released to a sober friend.
3:51 a.m.- A report of two suspicious people in the 1100 block of Orra Street was investigated.
6:01 a.m.- A resident in the 900 block of Reid Street reported loaning her vehicle to a friend and it had not been returned.
