Sept. 7

3:18 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 1200 block of McClure Avenue was investigated.

3:24 p.m.-A report of a missing or runaway female juvenile was investigated in the 1400 block of Baehr Street. The girl returned home upon the officer’s arrival.

3:32 p.m.-A Fifth Avenue resident reported tools stolen from the residence.

5:03 p.m.-Tara Coleman was issued a citation for speeding on North Market Street near Hetrick Drive.

5:14 p.m.-Lacy Jackson was issued a citation for driving under suspension when the vehicle she was driving was stopped by police on North Market Street near Fortney Avenue. Candy Jackson was issued a citation for wrongful entrustment.

6:06 p.m.-A report of an assault in the 400 block of Guinther Court was investigated.

8:26 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 300 block of Third Avenue was investigated. James M. Plaster was arrested for domestic violence.

9:13 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of North Market Street was investigated.

Bucyrus Police

Sept. 7

7:15 a.m.- Officers took a report of a brick thrown through a vehicle window in the area of Clark and Warren Streets.

8:20 a.m.- An accident report was taken in the north lot of City Hall.

9:04 a.m.- A Martin Avenue resident reported their vehicle entered overnight and an unknown amount of change was stolen.

9:04 a.m.- A report of an unattended child in the 400 block of South Poplar Street was investigated. An adult was present with the child.

10:01 a.m.- Officers assisted Adult Probation in the 100 block of William Street.

10:28 a.m.- An accident report was taken in the 100 block of West Charles Street.

10:34 a.m.- A report of kids trespassing in the 300 block of West Irving Street was investigated. The kids were gone upon officer’s arrival.

10:58 a.m.- A private property accident report was taken in the 1100 block of Sherman Street.

2:54 p.m.- A report of an overdose in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive is under investigation.

3:34 p.m.- A report of a disturbance at Bucyrus Plaza was investigated.

3:52 p.m.- A cell phone found in Walmart parking lot was turned into officers.

5:12 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of an erratic driver on Marion Road was investigated. The vehicle was not located.

6:27 p.m.- Kenneth Meade, 60, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

6:44 p.m.- A resident in the 100 block of Schell Avenue reported a refrigerator and microwave oven stolen.

6:49 p.m.- A report of vandalism in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue is under investigation.

7:14 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle at the Riley Reservoir was investigated. The driver was found to be catching Pokemon.

7:56 p.m.- A report of a bicycle stolen in the 200 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

8:49 p.m.- A report of a possible civil protection order violation in the 1200 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

8:59 p.m.- A report of three suspicious vehicles in the 1600 block of Marion Road was investigated.

9:34 p.m.- Jeffrey Geist, 26, was arrested for domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

9:57 p.m.- A report of two suspicious males in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

10:14 p.m.- A report of an intoxicated disorderly male in the 900 block of Elm Street was investigated.

10:21 p.m.- A report of possible child abuse in the 400 block of South Poplar Street was investigated.

10:27 p.m.- A report of a dispute in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

Sept. 8

1:29 a.m.- Naomi Bachochin, 28 was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

1:33 a.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check at Bucyrus Estates.

4:39 a.m.- Officers confiscated the license plates and registration from a vehicle in the area of Whetstone Street and Ohio Drive on behalf of the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
