July 9

9:08am Officers had a vehicle towed from the 400 block of E. Charles St. due to a junk vehicle violation.

10:16am Officers assisted a citizen in the 400 block of Songer Ave.

11:01am Officers attempted to deliver a message for the Miami County Sheriff’s Office in the 500 block of S. Poplar St.

11:43am A theft in the 700 block of Rogers St. was reported and remains under investigation.

11:59am Officers assisted Life Support in the 900 block of E. Mansfield St.

12:44pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 1500 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

1:59pm An accident report was taken in the 300 block of S. Sandusky Ave.

3:08pm Norfolk and Southern Railroad was contacted about a crossing gate malfunction on Lane St and N. Sandusky Avenue.

3:48pm A private property accident at Arctic Cat was investigated.

3:58pm Missing juvenile Aidan Leslie, 17, was located and turned over to his father.

4:02pm A resident in the 400 block of Hopley Avenue reported her daughter’s 20 inch purple and pink Kent bicycle stolen overnight.

4:44pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of her vehicle at IB Tech.

5:06pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Duke & Duchess.

5:35pm A parking complaint on Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

6:34pm A false alarm at Calvary Baptist Church was investigated.

7:13pm A young child found in the 400 block of E. Charles Street was returned to his parents.

7:27pm A hit-skip accident at Washington Square is currently under investigation.

7:43pm Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 800 block of Rogers Street.

9:27pm An E. Liberty St. resident reported her 9 year old son missing. He was found a short time later.

9:50pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 500 block of E. Mansfield St.

July 10

1:54am Officers assisted a Crawford County deputy on a traffic stop on N. Sandusky Ave. and US 30.

2:03am A report of 2 suspicious males in the 1200 block of Willard St. was investigated.

2:35am Officers assisted a disabled motorist on N. Walnut St.
