1:18 a.m.-Corey M. Holoman was issued citations for operating a vehicle under the influence and open container.

3:24 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person knocking on a resident’s door in the 800 block of Downing Place was investigated.

5:15 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 1000 block of Goldenrod Drive.

12:47 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 500 block of Second Avenue.

4:08 p.m.-A report of the theft of a bicycle from East Park was investigated.

4:43 p.m.-A South Pierce Street resident reported a cell phone stolen.

8:07 p.m.-An Orange Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.

8:40 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated at Heise Park.

9:53 p.m.-A report of suspicious people in the woods in the 400 block of Grant Street was investigated.

11:31 p.m.-A resident in the 1000 block of Charles Street reported hearing a women screaming in a wooded area.

June 28

7:22 a.m.- A disturbance in the 700 block of Ann Street was investigated.

10:12 a.m.- Property found in the 500 block of Rogers Street was brought on station.

10:59 a.m.- A West Mansfield Street resident reported vandalism to her vehicles overnight.

11:23 a.m.- Officers assisted Life Support in the 600 block of Earl Street.

12:36 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve summons in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street.

1:56 p.m.- An abandoned bike found in the 500 block of Prospect Street was brought on station.

2:23 p.m.- A report of a barking dog in the 800 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

2:45 p.m.- A disturbance at Bucyrus Plaza was investigated.

2:54 p.m.- Seventeen-year-old Oakley Hall was reported missing. He is 6’1, 185 pounds, brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen on June 26 wearing black shorts, a red and white tank top and orange shoes. No foul play is suspected. If you see Hall, please call the police department at 419-562-1006.

3:21 p.m.- A report of a vehicle being vandalized at on Wedgewood Court was investigated.

3:26 p.m.- A false alarm at Cruise-In Car Wash was investigated.

3:39 p.m.- A report of fireworks in the 300 block of Kearsley Avenue was investigated.

4:36 p.m.- Walter Laser, 48, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft. He was issued a summons to appear in court and released.

5:19 p.m.- A report of two dogs running loose in the 600 block of Kaler Avenue was investigated.

5:20 p.m.- A report was made of people using fireworks in the 500 block of Prospect Street.

5:49 p.m.- A parking complaint was investigated in the 200 block of East Rensselaer Street.

6:10 p.m.- A report was made of children playing in the roadway in the area of Highland Avenue and Rensselaer Street.

6:17 p.m.- An audible alarm was investigated in the area of Lane Street and Woodlawn Avenue.

6:25 p.m.- A report of a theft was investigated in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.

7:07 p.m.- A report of a possible sex crime was received and remains under investigation.

8:34 p.m.- A 911 open line was investigated in the 1900 block of Whetstone Street.

8:37 p.m.- Rickey Chavarria, 27, was arrested at the police department on charges of theft and criminal damaging from a previous case. He was issued summons to appear in court and released.

9:30 p.m.- A report of a fight was investigated at Harmon Field.

10:00 p.m.- A report of a motorist squealing tires and revving his engine in the 900 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

10:23 p.m.- A domestic problem in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

June 29

1201 a.m.- A disturbance in the 100 block of Wayne Avenue was investigated.

12:29 a.m.- A report of subjects throwing things out of a moving vehicle in the 200 block of Hopley Avenue was investigated.

1255 a.m.- A report of a suspicious male at Circle K was investigated.
