32 arraigned, bonds set

A Crestline man accused of harming an infant was one of 32 people arraigned in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on Monday.

Brian A. Miller, 23, pleaded not guilty to three counts of felonious assault, all second-degree felonies, and one count of endangering children, a second-degree felony.

Miller is accused of causing injuries to an eight-week-old infant on May 4. The infant was reportedly on a ventilator and was treated for a cranial bleed at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus. According to doctors treating the baby, there was also evidence of older injuries the child suffered several weeks prior to May 4.

Judge Sean Leuthold continued Miller’s bond of $1 million that was set in Municipal Court during Miller’s initial appearance after he was arrested.

A Galion man already facing an 80-count indictment on child porn-related charges is now facing four additional charges.

Marcus Williams pleaded not guilty to three counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material, all fifth-degree felonies, and one count of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, a fourth-degree felony. His bond is set at $2.5 million.

Travis A. Hancock, Bucyrus, is accused of setting a fire at Bucyrus Plaza on May 30 and is facing one count of aggravated arson, a first-degree felony. His bond was set at $750,000.

Ronald K. Agin, 24, Bucyrus, is being held on a $500,000 bond after pleading not guilty to one count of burglary, a second-degree felony, and theft, a third-degree felony.

Bond was set at $200,000 for Gilbert E. Smith, 36, Bucyrus, after he entered a not guilty plea to one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

Christopher Carick, theft, a fifth-degree felony, bond set at $100,000.

James Baldwin, theft, a fifth-degree felony, bond set at $10,000.

Derrick Mease, burglary, a second-degree felony, bond set at $200,000.

Daniel Earl, aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, personal recognizance bond.

Joshua Blankenship, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and misdemeanor possession of drugs, bond set at $100,000.

Zachary Marshall, drug possession, a fourth-degree felony, possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, bond set at $100,000.

Michael Keeton, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, bond set at $50,000.

Alicia Denney, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, bond set at $50,000.

Brandon Powell, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, bond set at $25,000.

Kyle May, Galion, domestic violence, a third-degree felony, bond set at $75,000.

Joseph Wagner, felonious assault, a second-degree felony, bond set at $250,000.

Randall Flick, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, misdemeanor resisting arrest, bond set at $50,000.

Holly Dameron, theft, a fourth-degree felony, bond set at $100,000.

Jarrod Simpson, deception to obtain a dangerous drug, a fifth-degree felony, bond set at $50,000.

Zachariah Zacharzuk, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, misdemeanor drug abuse instruments, bond set at $100,000.

Darek Dennison, four counts of receiving stolen property, four counts of forgery and breaking and entering all fifth-degree felonies and misdemeanor receiving stolen property, bond set at $150,000.

Siera Giles, complicity, a fifth-degree felony, bond set at $75,000.

Tyler Wireman, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and obstructing official business and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, bond set at $25,000.

James Rumbarger, five counts of breaking and entering, all fifth-degree felonies, bond set at $150,000.

Jonathan Oliver, complicity, a fifth-degree felony, bond set at $50,000.

Melissa Lavene, failure to duty to register, a third-degree felony, bond set at $50,000.

Tiara Keith, possession of drugs, personal recognizance bond.

William Smith Jr., drug trafficking, a fifth-degree felony, bond set at $25,000.

Chase Grogan, seven counts of forgery and one count of theft, all fifth-degree felonies, bond set at $50,000.

Drew Spigener, passing bad checks, a fifth-degree felony, personal recognizance bond.

Clay McDonald, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, bond set at $100,000.

Trinki Kimble, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, personal recognizance bond.
