June 14

1:04 a.m.-A report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue was investigated.

7:33 a.m.-A breaking and entering of a residence in the 200 block of Grove Avenue was investigated.

12:37 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 100 block of Clymer Avenue was investigated.

12:47 p.m.-A non-injury accident on Public Square was investigated.

2:37 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 100 block of South Boston Street was investigated. Cynthia Chapman was arrested for domestic violence.

2:32 p.m.-Joshua Keller was issued a citation for speeding on South Market Street.

4:45 p.m.-Vandalism to a vehicle was investigated in the 1000 block of Harding Way East.

5 p.m.-A report of the theft of license plates from a vehicle in the 300 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

6:48 p.m.-Bobbi Bise was issued a citation for no helmet with motorcycle permit on Harding Way West.

June 14

11:47am Officers assisted Delaware OSP in delivering a message.

12:43pm Two vehicles on Bland Avenue were marked for the 48-hour parking violation.

1:37pm A disturbance in the 200 block of West Warren Street was investigated.

3:13pm A report of a disturbance was made at the police department.

3:23pm A vandalism was reported in the 900 block of East Rensselaer Street.

3:29pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle on Hopley Avenue.

3:48pm A reckless driver was reported in the area of Whetstone and Mansfield Streets.

4:01pm A report of a dead animal in a trash can at Outhwaite reservoir was investigated. It was found to be a large catfish.

4:26pm A report of possible drug use was investigated.

5:47pm Officers warned a person for trespassing on the railroad tracks.

2:03pm A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was investigated at Aumiller Park.

7:05pm Officers investigated a report of people swimming at Outhwaite Reservoir.

7:36pm A disturbance in the 200 block of W. Warren St. was investigated.

8:07pm A 911 hang up call was investigated on Water St.

8:09pm A report of a person trespassing in the 700 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.

8:11pm A report of loud music was investigated in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street.

8:15pm Officer checked an open building on Water Street.

9:24pm A bicycle found on Liberty Street was brought to the police department.

9:35pm A disturbance was reported on Hopley Avenue.

9:41pm A report of a suspicious male in the 100 block of South Spring Street was investigated.

10:01pm A report of a kicking the door of a residence in the 300 block of West Warren Street was investigated. It was found to be her home and she was having trouble opening the door.

10:06pm A report of some suspicious people at Aumiller Park was investigated. It was found to be the staff at the pool.

10:18pm A resident in the 1200 block of Teddy Avenue reported seeing a light shining in their home from the back yard. Officers checked the area and did not locate anyone.

10:47pm A resident in the 500 block of East Charles Street reported his vehicle entered.

10:48pm A report of loud music in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

11:16pm Officers were flagged down by a citizen in the area of West Galen and North Poplar Street who had some concerns.

11:49pm Officers on patrol investigated a suspicious male on Washington Square.

11:57pm A possible domestic issue in the South Lane Street area was investigated.

June 15

12:00am Officers investigated a domestic issue in the 300 block of Pleasant Hill Drive.

2:04am A resident of Bucyrus Plaza reported someone tapping on a window of her apartment. Officers checked the area and did not locate anyone.
