A Bucyrus woman was sentenced to five years of community control after pleading guilty to trafficking in drugs.

Sherry A. Stark, 46, pleaded guilty to the fifth-degree felony in Crawford County Common Pleas Court last week.

Jeremy Woods, 34, of Orrville, pleaded guilty driving under the influence, a fourth-degree felony. If Judge Sean Leuthold approves his recommended sentence, he will serve five years of community control along with a driver’s license suspension. His bond was continued and Leuthold ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Mariah Horner, 24, Bucyrus, was arraigned on one count of possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Leuthold set Horner’s bond in the amount of $100,000 and entered a not guilty plea on her behalf.

Timothy Rathers, 55, of Bucyrus, pleaded guilty to one count of permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony. His recommended sentence is five years of community control and Leuthold ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Rathers was arrested on March 22 at a North Sandusky Avenue residence along with his wife, Billie, and Khabeer J. Brown, 38, of 231 Walker St., Galion, after law enforcement searched the home along with Walker’s Galion residence. Heroin and cocaine with a street value of more than $363,000 were found inside both residences.

Brown is being held on a $3 million bond while Billie Rathers’s case is scheduled for a second pre-trial on July 5.
