8:37 a.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 700 block of Fairview Avenue.

4:07 p.m.-A theft was investigated in the 300 block of Fairview Avenue.

4:35 p.m.-Jason Kirby was issued a citation for speeding in the 300 block of Gelsanliter Road.

4:46 p.m.-A report of an assault was investigated in the 100 block of Grant Street.

7:43 p.m.-James Winninger was issued a citation for speeding on Timberlane Drive at Portland Way North.

7:52 p.m.-Brett Hector was issued a citation for speeding in the 800 block of Harding Way West.

9:34 p.m.-Kelly Johnson was issued a citation for possession of marijuana on Primrose Street.

9:36 p.m.-Haley Gregory was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence when the vehicle she was driving was stopped by police on Dawsett Avenue.

May 21

7:59 p.m.-An injury accident was investigated on South Columbus Street near Atwood Street.

10:36 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Grand Street.

May 22

12:57 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of Hess Street and Joseph D. Burton Jr., 38, was arrested for domestic violence.

4:56 p.m.-Elizabeth Winchester was issued a citation for speeding on South Market Street.

5:01 p.m.-A report of people illegally dumping trash in the East Park area was investigated.

6:18 p.m.-The acting city service safety director advised police that city crews need to clean up trash at East Park.

10:11 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated at Circle K-Marathon.

11:35 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle was investigated in the Peco II area.

May 20

8:04am Officers checked on malfunctioning traffic lights at Mansfield and Mary Street Streets.

10:50am A subject came on station to report credit card fraud.

11:31am A report of a domestic problem in the 800 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

11:38am A motorist was warned for disregard of detour signs on Lawn Avenue.

2:14pm A motorist was cited for disregard of detour signs on Lawn Avenue.

2:43pm A disturbance at Lions Field was reported.

4:06pm A disturbance was investigated in the 1200 block of Teddy Avenue.

4:12pm Officers checked a report of a semi not following the detour route.

4:27pm A theft report was made at the police department of a borrowed phone not being returned.

5:05pm A traffic citation was issued in the area of Nevada Road and Aumiller Park Drive.

5:12pm A two-vehicle injury crash was reported on East Mansfield Street at East Street. One vehicle was towed from the scene and three occupants were taken to Bucyrus Hospital for treatment.

5:34pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 400 block of East Charles Street.

5:42pm Found property was picked up at Lions Park.

5:43pm A disturbance was investigated in the 200 block of Hopley Avenue.

5:46pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 200 block of Hopley Avenue.

6:54pm A parking complaint was made in the 200 block of Inez Street.

7:10pm Officers checked Marion Road for a missing juvenile.

7:14pm A report of a dog barking in the 1400 block of Woodlawn Avenue investigated.

7:22pm A report of a semi driving off the marked detour route was made. A street sign was reported damaged.

7:25pm A disturbance was reported in the area of Grace and Rensselaer Streets.

8:00pm A report of two girls fighting was investigated on Blicke Street.

8:36pm Officers investigated a report of a person experiencing mental problems in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street.

8:55pm A report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Bucyrus Plaza was investigated.

9:27pm A report of a semi-truck stuck in the area of Lawn and Woodrow Avenues was investigated. A sign was knocked over and officers assisted the semi out of the area.

10:44pm An open line 9-1-1 call was investigated at Woodbine Apartments. The resident was contacted and was fine.

10:46pm A report of an underage party involving alcohol was investigated. Everyone drinking was over the legal age limit.

10:53pm A report of juveniles making a lot of noise in the alleyway off Orra Street was investigated. They had left the area before officers arrived.

11:35pm A resident on West Warren Street reported a disturbance caused by someone known to her.

11:45pm Officers checked multiple locations for two missing juveniles from Wyandot County. The girls were not located.

May 21

12:24am Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 1000 block of Maple Street.

2:28am A report of a disturbance in the 400 block of East Charles Street was investigated.

2:34am A man reported at the police department that he was being threatened by someone known to him.

3:53am A resident in the 300 block of West Warren Street reported chasing two subjects who were trying to get into a vehicle at the residence. The resident was also served with four summonses for income tax.

4:29am Benetitus White, 33, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after officers responded to the area of Iron and Charles Streets for a fight. White was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

7:51am A false alarm was received from the area of Washington Square.

9:03am A report of a suspicious vehicle was investigated. The vehicle was gone upon officers arrival.

10:16am Officers took a minor non-injury crash report in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue and a citation was issued.

10:36am A subject was served with 10 income tax summons in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

10:45am A false alarm was received from the 1300 block of East Beal Avenue.

12:42pm Two income tax summonses were served at City Hall.

1:42pm Officers checked the area of Willard and Gaius after an open line 911 was received from the area.

1:52pm A subject came on station to report he was assaulted. Officers are investigating.

2:36pm A neighborhood dispute was investigated at Bucyrus Plaza.

4:32pm A civil standby was requested in the 800 block of Elm Street.

5:25pm A report of a cell phone being stolen was investigated in the 500 block of South Spring Street.

6:13pm Officers made a welfare check on an individual slumped over in a parked vehicle. Cody Walter, 20, was arrested in the area of Clark and Warren Streets on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released with a pending court appearance.

6:26pm A welfare check was requested on a Heritage Circle resident.

6:28pm Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint in the 800 block of Woodlawn Avenue. Adam Drew, 37 and Carolyn Drew, 49, were arrested on charges of domestic violence. They were taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

7:21pm A suspicious vehicle was reported on Lynne Avenue.

7:50pm A report of a juvenile trespassing in the 200 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

8:33pm Nikitia Harigle, 27, was arrested in the 500 block of Failor Avenue on three Crawford County warrants. She was advised to contact the court and released.

8:37pm A subject came on station to report telephone harassment.

9:06pm A suspicious person was reported in the 500 block of Ridge Avenue.

9:19pm A report of possible fireworks was investigated on Linwood Drive.

10:52pm A report of someone riding an ATV at the Outhwaite Reservoir was investigated.

11:19pm A parking issue in the 1100 block of Reid Street was resolved with the vehicle being moved.

May 22

12:30am Officers assisted a State Trooper on Ohio 4.

1:45am A report of a truck hitting a rock in an alley off of Dean Street was investigated.

1:55am Officers checked on a vehicle parked in the hospital parking lot that appeared to be overheating. It was found to be steam from engine coolant.

2:42am Joseph Schifer, 39, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol on Washington Square. He was issued a court date and released to a sober party.

11:29am A Penn Avenue resident was warned for loud music.

11:33am Officers investigated a complaint of a low flying drone in the area of Washington Square. The drone was not in the area upon officers’ arrival.

12:31pm Officers checked on a report of a sick cat in the 1500 block of Marion Road.

2:43pm A domestic problem in the 1200 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

3:03pm A domestic problem in the 1200 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

3:10pm A junk vehicle complaint was investigated in the 500 block of East Charles Street.

3:12 pm A junk vehicle complaint was investigated in the 500 block of Prospect Street.

3:14pm A domestic problem was investigated in the 200 block of South Highland Avenue.

3:29pm Officers spoke to a person about an assault that occurred earlier.

4:02pm A possible disturbance was checked at Harmon Park. It was found to be subjects filming a scripted video.

4:40pm Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

4:47pm A report of a possible fight was checked and unfounded in the area of Cleland and Beverly Avenues. It was again found to be the people filming a video.

6:03pm A person was reported trespassing at Kroger.

6:19pm A property report was taken in the 200 block of Ethel Street.

6:26pm Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint in the 1200 block of North Sandusky Avenue. Tadd Williams, 34, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and was taken to the Crawford County Justice center to be held for court.

8:10pm Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the 100 block of East Mansfield Street.

9:41pm A report of a domestic dispute in the 1600 block of Marion Road was unfounded.

10:12pm A reported suspicious vehicle was checked on Crossroads Boulevard and subjects were having a picnic.

10:19pm A report of a suspicious odor was investigated on North Lane Street. Nothing out of the ordinary was located.

10:40pm A report of a possible trespassing in the 500 block of Ridge Avenue was investigated. The residence was found to be secure.

May 23

12:34am Officers responded to a motorcycle crash on South Highland Avenue. Johnnie Swint, 58, Cardington, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for bond or court.

6:34am Officers assisted Life Support in the 1300 block of East Beal Avenue.
