The Crawford County Retired Teachers Association will meet at noon on June 20 at the First United Church of Christ, 248 Harding Way West in Galion.

The speaker will be Gary Adkins, Western Area Vice President of ORTA (Ohio Retired Teachers Association). The superintendents from the six districts of Crawford County will be guests and each will be awarded a small donation to be used to help the students or teachers of that district. Members attending are asked to wear the school colors of the district in which they were employed.

The cost of the lunch is $8 and if members are not contacted, reservations may be made by calling Betty Angell at 419 468-5684 or email her at [email protected]. Reservations should be made by June 13. Those who will be attending are asked to bring cleaning supplies which will be donated to Habitat for Humanity. Also, old eyeglasses are being collected.
