The Galion Primary School has received one of the first-ever All A Awards from the Ohio State Board of Education. The All A Award recognizes schools that have received A’s on every aspect of school performance measured on Ohio’s School Report Card.

“This is an incredible honor for our teachers and staff,” Primary School Principal Cindy Voss said. “Our building’s outstanding performance on the state report card is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of our teachers every day in the classroom.”

Galion Primary School is part of an elite group of schools around the state that are demonstrating high-quality teaching and leadership that result in high academic performance for every student.

“I am incredibly proud of Mrs. Voss and the Primary School staff for earning this well-deserved recognition,” Galion Superintendent Jim Grubbs said. “Our teachers work diligently day in and day out with a focus on helping each and every student achieve their greatest potential, and this award is a positive reflection on their work with our students. Congratulations to everyone at Galion Primary.”
