May 12

1 a.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile in the 500 block of Sherman Street was investigated.

7:36 a.m.-Officers responded to a crash at the intersection of South Boston Street and Grove Avenue. One person suffered an injury while another was issued a citation for failure to yield.

3:58 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 20 block of McDavid Drive.

4:38 p.m.-Terri Arnholt was issued a citation for speeding at South Market Street and County Line Road.

4:57 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 500 block of Sherman Street.

5:46 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 400 block of Libby Lane was investigated.

5:51 p.m.-Officers mediated a disturbance in the 600 block of South Market Street.

7:43 p.m.-A report of a fight in the 200 block of Portland Way North was investigated.

9:23 p.m.-A resident in the 300 block of Grove Avenue reported receiving threatening phone calls from someone identifying themselves as being with ISIS.

9:44 p.m.-A resident turned in a bicycle to the police department that was found on Public Square.

Bucyrus Police

May 12

7:25am Officers attempted to deliver a message in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue. A car that had been reported stolen was actually repossessed by a lien holder.

11:46am A report of a domestic dispute in the 1700 block of Marion Road was unfounded.

11:49am Officers retrieved a syringe in the East Mansfield and Mary Street area.

12:08pm A false alarm was received in the 1600 block of Marion Road and it was a mechanical issue.

12:43pm Adam Chapman, 32, Bucyrus, was arrested in the 100 block of W. Mansfield St. on a Crawford County warrant and was taken directly to Municipal Court and he was sentenced to serve time in the county jail.

1:44pm Officers investigated a report of a semi striking a street sign on the corner of Perry Street and Sandusky Avenue.

1:49pm Officers did a welfare check on a resident in the 400 block of Dudley Street.

2:04pm A resident in the Waterford Glen area reported a hat stolen from him. The hat was later returned.

2:21pm A report of possible animal abuse in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was unfounded.

2:30pm A report of a disturbance in the 900 block of West Perry Street was investigated.

2:47pm A private property collision of a white truck striking a pole at Taco Bell was investigated.

3:02pm A 17-year-old Bucyrus boy was arrested for possession of tobacco products in the Perry and Sears Street area.

4:11pm Nathan Rickett, 28, Bucyrus, was located and arrested on East Rensselaer Street for a felony warrant out of Crawford County.

5:17pm Officers checked a report of a woman trespassing in the Bucyrus Manor area. She had gone to an apartment she had been evicted from, keys were returned and she was warned against trespass.

6:14pm A report of two young children without supervision was unfounded; they were going to Harmon Park.

7:16pm Katie Brillhart, 31, was arrested on Prospect Street on a Crawford County warrant. She was issued a court date and released.

7:35pm Officers spoke to a resident in the 600 block of South Walnut Street about a landlord/tenant dispute.

7:41pm A possible protection order violation is under investigation.

9:21pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Hardees.

9:55pm A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to report threats to her son.

10:07pm A false alarm in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue was a custodian.

10:29pm Residents in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue reported someone in the area knocking on doors and trying to get into vehicles in the area. Officers were unable to locate the individual.

10:57pm A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1200 block of North Sandusky Avenue was unfounded.

11:28pm Residents in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue reported a possible prowler. No one was located.
