Prior to the high school awards ceremony, the Galion Community Foundation will host its annual Scholarship Awards program. A total of 14 Galion High School seniors will be receiving 19 scholarships totaling $31,000.00.

“This is a special night for our students, their families, our staff and the entire district,” Galion City School District Superintendent Jim Grubbs said. “This the start of the scholarship awards season for our seniors, and I can’t wait to see the amount of financial support our students receive for their future academic endeavors.
