4:51 p.m.-A citation for failure to yield at a private drive was issued to Joshua Ute after officers responded to a non-injury head-on collision at Speedway, 746 Harding Way West.

6:45 p.m.-A resident in the 100 block of Clymer Street reported tires slashed on a vehicle.

10:11 p.m.-A report of loud music in the 300 block of Cherry Street was investigated.

11:07 p.m.-A resident in the 1200 block of East Walnut Street reported receiving harassing phone calls.

May 7

10:11 a.m.-The caretaker of a residence in the 200 block of Walker Street reported the house broken into and copper stolen.

11:32 a.m.- A resident in the 800 block of Smith Street reported receiving threatening messages via Facebook.

7:21 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the Ohio 309 area was investigated.

May 8

5:23 a.m.-An employee of Easy Clean Laundry reported a man loitering inside the business for several hours.

7:51a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the East Park area was investigated.

4:09 p.m.-A resident in the 200 block of South Pierce Street reported two boys spray painted a garage.

11:06 p.m.-A report of a bicycle stolen in the Pierce and Walnut Street area was investigated.

May 3

2:49 p.m.-A juvenile was arrested in the 400 block of Portland Way North for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

2:50 p.m.-A juvenile was arrested in the 400 block of Portland Way North for persistent disorderly conduct.

May 4

5 p.m.-Michael S. Hanlon Sr., 38, Galion, was arrested in the 600 block of Harding Way West on a theft charge.

Bucyrus Police

May 6

8:01am A motorist received a warning in the area of Ohio 4 and US 30.

11:22am Officers assisted a disabled motorist in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

12:13pm A West Liberty Street resident requested officers because she believed someone was in her home. Officers searched the house and found no one there.

1:27pm A report of an accident on Plymouth Street was unfounded.

1:35pm Officers assisted with a residential lock-out in the 200 block of West Warren Street.

1:43pm Officers responded to a verbal domestic dispute between siblings. Cody Hill, 25, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the area of Waterford Glen. He was released pending a court appearance.

3:20pm A motorist requested assistance with a vehicle lock-out in the area of East Street and Southern Avenue.

3:28pm A hang-up up call was investigated in the 700 block of Martin Avenue. Life Support Team was dispatched to a medical emergency.

3:56pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 1500 block of Isaac-Beal Road.

4:17pm A possible theft of utilities was reported in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue.

4:33pm Officers attempted to serve a tax summons at Waterford Glen.

4:36pm Officers attempted to serve a tax summons on Wilbur Street.

4:40pm A false alarm was investigated in the 800 block of South Poplar Street. It was a false alarm, unknown cause.

4:48pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 200 block of West Mary Street.

4:53pm A civil standby was requested in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

4:54pm One income tax summons was issued at Bucyrus Plaza.

5:00pm Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

5:13pm A report of an erratic driver was investigated on Marion Road. No traffic violations were observed.

5:18pm Officers attempted to serve a tax summons on Colonial Drive.

5:41pm A parking ticket was issued in the 200 block of Gaius Street.

6:23pm A theft report was taken in the 200 block of East Liberty Street.

6:33pm A traffic warning was issued at Beal Avenue and Walnut Street.

6:48pm Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the area of East Street and Oakwood Avenue.

7:05pm Officers spoke to a subject fishing at a private pond off Crossroads Blvd. He was advised to move to one of the public ponds.

7:42pm Carl Wiggins and Connie Brady were arrested in the 700 block of North Lane Street on charges of criminal trespassing. They were issued minor misdemeanor citations and released. Brady was also issued two income tax summons.

7:52pm A 911 open line call was investigated in the area of Aumiller Park.

8:06pm Joshua Zarcone was arrested in the 400 block of Songer Avenue on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

8:26pm A report of a suspicious person in the 500 block of Plymouth Street was investigated.

8:45pm One income tax summons was served at Waterford Glen.

8:52pm A report of a building open on Wallace Avenue was investigated.

9:00pm A false alarm in the 900 block of Victoria Drive was investigated.

9:28pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Poplar and Rensselaer Street.

9:45pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Marion Road and Southern Avenue.

9:47pm A resident in the 1200 block of Teddy Avenue reported a group of people trespassing in her back yard. A group of juveniles were cutting through the yard on the way to a friend’s house. They were warned for trespassing.

11:05pm A report of a reportedly suspicious male walking in the 100 block of Penn Avenue was investigated. No one was located in the area.

11:31pm An employee at Circle K reported someone shoplifting from the store. The stolen items were located and returned to the store and the suspect was warned about trespassing at the property.

May 7

12:59am A traffic warning was issued in the area of Sandusky and Galen Street.

1:06am Officers responded to a report of domestic violence with an ex-boyfriend breaking into a former residence on Elm Street. William C. Bowser, 30, was arrested on charges of domestic violence. He was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

2:43am Jerry Ward, 31, was arrested on North Sandusky Avenue near Galen Street for charges of OVI, driving under suspension, possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and obstructing official business. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

5:41am A resident in the 100 block of South Spring Street reported someone attempting to steal items from their porch.

7:16am A resident in the 300 block of West Warren Street reported finding an intoxicated male sleeping on his front porch. The male was located and released to a sober family member.

7:56am A resident in the 100 block of South Spring Street reported items moved around on their porch overnight.

9:05am A report of a vehicle blocking the boat ramp at Outhwaite Reservoir was resolved with the vehicle being moved.

10:07am A resident in the 300 block of West Rensselaer Street reported items moved on her porch overnight.

10:34am A Bucyrus resident reported being bitten by a dog while in the 700 block of West Charles Street. A quarantine notice was served.

11:49am Officers investigated a hang up 9-1-1 call in the area of North Lane and Water Streets.

12:21pm A report of an intoxicated male in the 500 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

2:15pm A report of a theft in the 900 block of Prospect Street was investigated.

2:42pm Officers assisted Life Support at Woodbine Apts.

2:44pm Officers responded to an alarm in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue. It was a false alarm, unknown cause.

3:38pm A report of a suspicious male in the 400 block of N. Sandusky Ave. was a subject found trespassing and he was warned to stay off the property.

5:46pm A report of juveniles swearing at people and playing loud music and of juveniles vandalizing a swing at Aumiller Park was investigated. A juvenile was brought to station to be picked up by a parent.

6:03pm Officers checked on the welfare of a canine in the 300 block of East Rensselaer Street.

6:56pm A report of young children crossing the roadway in the area of Penn Avenue and East Mansfield Street was investigated and the parent was located.

7:35pm Officers investigated a report of a possible propane leak in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue. The property owner reported it was an oxygen tank relieving pressure.

8:07pm Officers investigated a hang up 9-1-1 call at Bucyrus Plaza. Juveniles were playing in the residence.

8:27pm Officers investigated an open building in the 1000 block of Reid Street.

8:50pm A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of North Lane Street was investigated.

8:56pm Officers assisted a mother with an unruly juvenile on station.

9:08pm A resident in the 800 block of South Spring Street reported hearing someone in his basement. Officers checked the basement and found no one in there.

9:21pm Officers mediated a domestic issue at Waterford Glen.

10:00pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle at Kroger.

10:40pm Officers investigated an accident in the area of Earl and Plymouth Streets.

May 8

12:40am Officers intervened with two subjects engaged in a fight on Washington Square. Justin Dunford, 29, and Jeffery Kapp, 35, were arrested for disorderly conduct. Both men were taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

1:57am Officers on patrol investigated three suspicious subjects in the 100 block of South Sandusky Avenue. The intoxicated subjects were escorted from the area.

2:11am A traffic warning was given in the area of Kearsley and East Warren Streets.

2:29am A traffic warning was given on Washington Square.

2:39am A traffic warning was given in the area of South Poplar and West Rensselaer Streets.

2:45am Dwayne Perry, 31, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Washington Square. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released.

7:35am Officers assisted Life Support in the 200 block of East Mary Street.

7:39am A theft report of an employee internal theft from the Crazy Fox was taken in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

8:45am A traffic citation was issued in the area of Marion Road and Allen Avenue.

9:05am Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

9:48am A domestic dispute was investigated on Sheckler Street.

9:56am Officers delivered a message for Shelby Police Department.

11:06am Officers investigated the report of a dog running at large in the 1100 block of Teddy Avenue. The dog had escaped through a door screen.

11:27am A theft report was taken in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

11:49am Officers investigated a disturbance in the 900 block of Whetstone Street.

12:15pm Officers investigated a disturbance in the 500 block of Myers Street.

12:34pm A landlord/tenant dispute was mediated in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.

1:04pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 1300 block of East Mansfield Street.

1:59pm A false alarm was investigated in the 1100 block of Ohio Drive.

2:52pm Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue. One income tax summons was issued while on scene.

3:52pm Officers spoke to a person on station about an unruly juvenile.

4:44pm A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street.

5:40pm Officers attempted to serve income tax summons on Whetstone Street.

5:43pm A report of vandalism was made at Lions Park.

6:45pm Officers attempted to serve income tax summons on Sherman Street.

6:47pm Chase Bowman, 19, was arrested in the 300 block of West Liberty Street on warrants out of Crawford and Marion counties. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be extradited to Marion County. He was also given a court date to appear on the Crawford County warrant.

6:57pm Officers assisted Life Support Team in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

7:16pm A juvenile was warned about trespassing at the Bucyrus Elementary School.

7:20pm A report of a property dispute was made in the 200 block of Woodlawn Av. The issue was mediated and property returned.

8:24pm Officers attempted to serve income tax summons on Plants Way.

8:28pm Officers attempted to serve income tax summons on Plymouth Street.

8:37pm One income tax summons was issued on Sherman Street.

8:40pm A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 200 block of East Warren Street was a couple having a verbal dispute.

8:47pm A landlord/tenant dispute was investigated in the 200 block of North Poplar Street.

8:55pm Officers investigated a 911 hang up in the 1700 block of Marion Road. There was no emergency.

9:04pm A report of loud music was investigated in the 100 block of Heritage Circle.

9:29pm Officers served two city income tax summonses in the 500 block of Whetstone Street.

9:45pm A resident in the 300 block of Short Street reported his door vandalized.

10:00pm A report of a juvenile trespassing in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue was investigated and the subject was warned.

11:33pm Officers responded to an alarm in the 100 block of Iron Street. It was a false alarm, unknown cause.

11:59pm Officers responded to an alarm in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue. It was a false alarm, human error.
