8:42am A report of a burglary in the 300 block of West Rensselaer Street is being investigated.

9:47am A written warning was issued to a motorist for stop light violation at Lane and Warren Streets.

9:58am A citation was issued to a motorist for expired tags on Washington Square.

10:49am A motorist reported striking a pedestrian in the Walnut and Charles Street area. No injuries were reported.

10:50am A parking complaint in the 1100 block of South Walnut Street was checked and a parking citation issued to a semi-tractor trailer.

12:00pm A 56-year-old Lima man was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication and open container in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue. He was held until sober.

12:40pm A report of a semi-truck driving recklessly on Hopley Avenue at Beal Avenue was unfounded.

1:50pm An income tax summons was served in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

3:01pm A private property collision caused by backing into a parked car at Bucyrus Elementary School was investigated. The owner of the parked car was served two income tax summonses.

3:03pm A juvenile was charged with possession of tobacco products on River Street.

3:28pm Edward Knecht, 60, was arrested on two Crawford County warrants. He was issued a court date and released.

3:36pm A resident at Waterford Glen reported a mini bike stolen from his residence. The mini bike was later located and returned to the owner.

5:32pm Officers attempted to deliver a message to a resident in the 200 block of West Mary Street for Marion County Sheriff Office.

6:02pm A report of an intoxicated male at Speedway was investigated. He was turned over to a sober friend and sent on his way.

7:00pm A report of someone possibly vandalizing the fire hydrant in the area of Highland and Woodlawn Avenues was investigated. The fire hydrants are being prepared for painting this summer. There was no vandalism.

9:07pm A traffic warning was issued in the 500 block of South Highland Avenue.

9:14pm A false alarm at Randy’s Tire was investigated.

7:19pm Suspicious activity was reported on East Mansfield Street.

7:25pm A report of a suspicious male in the area of Hopley Avenue and Rogers Street was investigated and property was recovered from an earlier larceny report.

7:28pm A disturbance in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street was a domestic argument.

8:06pm A resident in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street reported a domestic argument over property.

8:20pm A false alarm at Bucyrus Community Hospital was investigated.

8:53pm A resident in the 500 block of Failor Street reported receiving threats from someone she knows.

8:55pm A report of a fight in the parking lot of Indian Creek Apartments was investigated. There were no assaults or threats, just a loud argument over a civil property issue.

9:18pm A disturbance at Waterford Glen involved subjects that were moving out and was resolved when they left the area.

9:37pm A traffic warning was issued in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

9:40pm A report of a building on West Spring Street with an open door was investigated. Everything was closed and secured at the building.

9:42pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Maple and Plymouth Street.

9:57pm A verbal domestic disturbance was investigated in the 400 block of West Charles Street.

10:17pm A traffic warning was issued in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. A 17-year-old Bucyrus boy located in the vehicle was arrested on charges from an incident earlier today. He was released to a parent with charges pending through Juvenile Court.

10: 18pm A basket and some clothing was removed from the middle of the intersection at Warren Street and Sandusky Avenue.

11:24pm Officers checked the area of the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue. for subjects on bikes causing a traffic hazard.

May 4

12:30am Officers assisted an individual experiencing mental health issues.

12:50am Officers checked on three reportedly suspicious individuals on in the area of Washington Square.

2:28am Officers checked on reportedly suspicious vehicle at Riley reservoir.

3:06am Officers made a welfare check on Prospect Street.
