3:14 a.m.-A resident in the 600 block of Harding Way East reported receiving harassing phone calls.

7:51 a.m.-A purple bicycle found in the alley in the 300 block of South Columbus Street was turned over to police.

9:49 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel at the Davita Dialysis Center.

10:44 a.m.-Officers assisted with an unruly juvenile in the 400 block of North Columbus Street.

11:31 a.m.-A report of fraud from a resident in the 900 block of Fairview Avenue was investigated.

4:47 p.m.-Melissa E. Kochheiser was issued a citation for speeding on North Market Street at Fortney Avenue.

5:58 p.m.-Rose M. McCartney was issued a citation for speeding on Harding Way East at First Avenue.

Feb. 13

10:41 a.m.- Officers assisted a parent with a 17-year-old that ran away from the 100 block of East Mansfield Street. She was found and returned to her parent.

11:50 a.m.- Harold Staiger, 52, Sycamore, was arrested for shoplifting from Kroger. He was given a court date and released.

1:00 p.m.- Officers picked up drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of West Charles Street.

1:09 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 900 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

1:43 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a civil protection order violation in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

2:21 p.m.- A Bucyrus resident spoke to an officer about a possible CPO violation she had witnessed.

3:07 p.m.- Charles Lewis Jr., 37, was arrested on a Knox County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

4:09 p.m.- A Bucyrus resident reported his vehicle hit while parked in the area of Charles and Wiley. The other vehicle had left the area.

4:43 p.m.- Officers attempted to locate a syringe in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

6:36 p.m.- Officers attempted to locate a vehicle involved in a hit-skip accident in the county. The vehicle was not located.

8:17 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant on High Street.

Feb. 14

12:07 a.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check at Bucyrus Plaza.

12:22 a.m.- A male in the 200 block of South Lane Street reported being threatened.

1:57 a.m.- A welfare check was conducted on a female.

2:50 a.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 800 block of Beverly Drive was investigated.
