Join us this summer as we build kites (June), create paper art (July), cosplay (August), and enjoy anime (every month). Teens in grades 7-12 do not need to register for the anime club: you can just show up.

AUG., 9, Sat., 3:30-4:30 p.m., YA PROGRAM : Drop a Beat, Grab the Mic!

Learn to mix, mash, and scratch beats at the DJ center, while participants at the MC center are learning to write and perform rhymed couplets on a live microphone. This hands-on program combines music theory and literacy and ends with a wild performance. No cost. Registration required.
