Galion-Crestline Area Chamber of Commerce to have offices in both communities

Joe Kleinknecht, President/CEO of the Galion-Crestline Area Cham­ber of Com­merce says; “I’m excited about the newly formed part­ner­ship between the Galion and Crest­line Cham­bers, and I’m eager to begin work­ing with the Crest­line busi­ness community.

To bet­ter serve the Galion and Crest­line busi­ness com­mu­ni­ties, we will con­tinue to have two offices. The office in Galion is located at 106 Hard­ing Way E. and the office in Crest­line will remain at 312 N. Seltzer St.

For cur­rent Crest­line Cham­ber mem­bers to renew their mem­ber­ships and prospec­tive mem­bers to find out about the ben­e­fits of being a cham­ber mem­ber, Kleinknecht plans to be in the Crest­line office on Thurs­day, Jan­u­ary 17th from 1:00 – 4:00 pm and again on Tues­day, Jan­u­ary 22nd from 9:00 am till noon. You may also call 419–468-7737 to set up an appoint­ment for a time that would be more con­ve­nient for you to meet with Joe.

Joe is no stranger to the Crest­line Area, hav­ing been born and raised in Galion the 40 year employee of Colum­bia Gas of Ohio who retired in 2000 for­merly served as Area Plant & Ser­vice Super­vi­sor over the Galion and Crest­line areas.

Joe’s wife, the for­mer Judy Exenkam­per is a Crest­line native also. Joe and Judy reside at 656 Port­land Way S. and are the par­ents of 5 chil­dren, 16 grand­chil­dren and 2 great-grandchildren. Joe began his duties at the Galion Cham­ber on Jan­u­ary 21, 2003.
