Tigers top Northmor in opener

The Tigers defeated Northmor 64–54 in the Orange-and-Blue’s season-opener Saturday night at the high school.
Galion led by as many as 18 points midway through the fourth quarter.
Ridge Durbin with 29 points for the Tigers — 17 in the first half.
Austin Prosser and freshman guard Houston Blair added 9 apiece.
Garrett Karcher led the Golden Knights (1–1) with 19 points. Zach Wiseman tallied 16 and Daniel Donner, 10.
The teams combined to shoot 43 3-point shots.
Galion was 6-for-21 from downtown, and Northmor, 9-for-22.
