ESPNU to televise Mount Union/St. Thomas national championship game

The Mount Union and St. Thomas NCAA Division III national championship football game will be televised LIVE on ESPNU Friday at 7 p.m.
This is the 8th CONSECUTIVE year the Purple Raiders have appeared in the championship game. They last won it in 2008.
Brothers Alex and Jack Nicholls — Galion High School graduates — are members of the Mount Union squad.
Alex is a senior starting defensive back.
Jack is a junior wide receiver.
On the season, Alex has 32 tackles, 3 interceptions and has broken up 6 passes.
Jack has caught 23 passes for 313 yards and 3 touchdowns.
They are the sons of Mike and Melinda (Jones) Nicholls of Galion (GHS Class of 1977).
