Fire at Hord Livestock
November 13, 2012, at 9:02 p.m., Crawford County Sheriff’s Office received 911 call reference to the Sow Barn on fire at Hord Livestock Company located at 1016 SR 98 Bucyrus, Ohio. Bucyrus Twp Volunteer Fire Department and Lifestar EMS dispatched. Initial Mutual Aid requested from Dallas Twp and Whetstone Twp Volunteer Fire Departments. Additional tankers requested from Holmes Twp Volunteer Fire Department and 1st Consolidated Fire District. State Fire Marshall contacted to assist with the investigation.
Fire remains under investigation.
