Tammy L. Jenkins

Tammy L. Jenk­ins, 46, of 666 Dawsett Avenue, Galion, died Tues­day, Octo­ber 9, 2012 at River­side Methodist Hos­pi­tal, Columbus.

Tammy was born in Charleston, WV on July 16, 1966 to Leroy Jenk­ins of Hans­ford, WV and Luella (James) Ginn of Galion.

She was a 1984 grad­u­ate of Galion High School. Tammy enjoyed gar­den­ing, flow­ers, her fish ponds and work­ing in the green­house. She was a very lov­ing person.

She is sur­vived by her mother and step-father Luella & Glen Ginn of Galion; her father Leroy Jenk­ins of Hans­ford, WV; her fiancé, Ron Ger­ber of Galion, who said she was a rock and soul mate; grand­moth­ers: Loretta James, Charleston, WV, Genevieve Jenk­ins, East Bank, WV; half-sister Crys­tal Ginn, Colum­bus; uncles and aunts B.L. & Lynn James, Col­orado Springs, CO, Diane & Gary Hess, St. Albans, WV, and Frank & Vicky Jenk­ins, Galion; friends Sherry Weimer, Galion and Scott Ranger of PA; numer­ous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends; and her dog, Sadie.

Friends may call Mon­day, Octo­ber 15 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the Mark A. Schnei­der Funeral Home, Galion. Funeral ser­vices will be held at 2:00 PM on Mon­day at the funeral home, with her uncle B.L. James offi­ci­at­ing. Bur­ial will fol­low in Fairview Ceme­tery, Galion.
