Search Warrant Served

On Thurs­day Sep­tem­ber 13, 2012 the METRICH Drug Task Force, with the assis­tance of ASORT, the Mans­field Police Depart­ment, Mans­field Fire Depart­ment, and the State Fire Mar­shals Office, served a search war­rant at 100 Dale Avenue. Lt. Ken Coontz, METRICH Com­man­der, advised the search war­rant was related to an arson at 545 Gru­ber Avenue. He stated the fire was believed to have been started while Steve Isaac was cook­ing in an active meth lab. METRICH Detec­tive Perry Wheeler stated METRICH has been engaged in a long term drug inves­ti­ga­tion involv­ing Mr. Isaac.

Detec­tives arrested Steve Isaac, Ash­lee Hall, Andrew Lykins, and Rachel Mar­cum for the listed charges. Detec­tive Wheeler stated METRICH seized cocaine, drug para­pher­na­lia, mar­i­juana, and an inac­tive meth lab which was located in an attached garage. He stated numer­ous charges are pend­ing on Mr. Isaac. Lt. Ken Coontz cred­ited the suc­cess of this inves­ti­ga­tion to the coop­er­a­tion between the agen­cies involved.
