Rosella J. Fry
Rosella J. Fry, of Galion, passed away at Good Samaritan Hospital in Ashland surrounded by her family.
Born August 2, 1927 in Bucyrus, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Freida (Tracht) Best. She was married to Freeman R. Fry for over 60 years and he preceded her in death on April 6, 2008.
Rosella loved her chickens, gardening, and Salmon fishing in Michigan and Canada. She also enjoyed mowing the grass and was an excellent cook. Rosella especially loved spending time with her granddaughters.
She is survived by her daughter, Charlene Fry, and her son, Virgil Fry, both of Galion, her granddaughter, Julie and Jim Linder of Ashland, two great-granddaughters, Emma and Isabelle Linder, her brother, Cecil Best of Bucyrus, and her two sisters, Eleanor Christman of Bucyrus, and Florence and Jim Laughers of Galion. She was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Best.
