Letter to the Editor
According to Stan Lee, illustrator emeritus and a series of James Bond and Sci-Fi writers: to create the ideal comic book, novel or screen villain, he or she, (he to be used in this text) , MUST have a list of specific evil attributes.
While he may or may not qualify as an esthetically pleasing “10”, you will be assured the villain will be very well attired, narcissistic and will have an impressive, expensive lifestyle. No one really knows exactly how he came to all this power, but it happened!
His built-in need for absolute control demands unwavering obedience from all who serve him—pity any who fail at their assigned task.
He must be assigned a manner of arrogance and disdain for the disobedient peons who are beneath him and do not agree with his ideologies. They must be crushed!
To achieve proper villain status, he will be able to draw from unlimited, and sometimes unknown financial, political, technological, military and personal sources.
He will have the built-in mindset and mentality to control, incapacitate or destroy any threat to his authority.
His supposed allies will be thrown “under the bus” for any real or imagined threat to his goals.
He must issue his own “ORDERS” to countermand any rules, laws or established written documents that disagree with his own personal agenda.
His goal is to disarm and enslave all; especially those who aided him by their support and helped him achieve his status. Everyone is a threat!
If parallels or similarities are drawn, be advised that Stan Lee, The James Bond or sci-fi writers DID NOT script this, certain administrations, however DID. Prevent the next revolution—VOTE!
