Letters to the Editor

Editor:

Our devious politicians are saying we should be more like Europe (in case your school history did not tell you, the colonists left Europe).

One of our missionaries is located in Europe and sent this info about socialism:

•You must have your I. D. with you at all times

•45 – 65% income tax – high is for self-employed

•20% sales tax

•Trash & recycle service taxes – over the high cost special bags

•Yearly “luxury” tax for TV/radio connection + service fees

•High tax on fuel

•Auto tax based on size & weight of vehicle any engine over 1.9L much higher

•Socialized health/medical care based on availability – NOT QUALITY

•Pay for health care up front, then insurance pays back what you are “entitled” to

•You get a bill for the less-fortunate people in your providence (not optional)

•Very few policemen patrol the street

•Many work the system for their own benefit

•Fire & police departments have fund raisers to operate”in the black”

•Many crimes go unreported – nothing will be done

•Immigration has utterly trashed the economy

•Food prices increasing rapidly

•Unemployment over 10%

•You have to choose your career path at 14 years old.

•Live in the city – keep your guns locked at a shooting club

•Live in the country – must have proper paperwork to own guns

•Paperwork – everything in quadruplicate because government structure. It is so complicated that the different branches have serious communication problems

Does this list sound familiar? Like what the Obama Administration is aiming for.

The president claims America is the best country in the world, but is pushing the traitors in the government to destroy every freedom that our forefathers gave their lives to protect.

How long do we sit like the frog in the slow heating pan?
